Since the huang 88 oil field was put into water injection development in 2009,the water cut of the oil well has risen rapidly,and it is in the middle and high water cut production.There is a general phenomenon of corrosion bias grinding of underground production string,and the frequency of oil well operation increases year by year,which seriously restricts the production of the oil field.Aiming at the problem of eccentric wear of oil well,the technical status of eccentric wear control of oil well at home and abroad was investigated.Based on the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the produced liquid and scale in oil well,the corrosion and protection countermeasures of sulfate reducing bacteria were studied,the chemical fungicide was optimized,and the application scheme of the fungicide was perfected.The abrasion resistance and abrasion performance of common tube and rod materials were studied by simulating the abrasion test of tube and rod materials in the wellbore condition.The application status of inner lining UHMW-PE tubing was analyzed,and the production process of inner lining uhmw-pe tubing was improved.Based on the analysis and research of the downhole stress of oil well sucker rod in huang 88 oil field,the design scheme of oil sucker rod column in huang88 oil field is perfected,and the eccentric wear treatment technology adapted to huang 88 oil well is formed.By the application of the accumulative 108 well runs in28 Wells of huang 88 oil field,extends the pump test period 43 d on average,carries out treatment on 11 frequent operating Wells,reduces the maintenance operation 48 Wells,and has good economic and social benefits.
