With the improvement of living standards,people have higher and higher requirements for the quality of diet.As a pure natural drink,coconut juice is naturally favored by the majority of consumers.In terms of safety,hygiene and efficiency,the original manual coconut opening method has been unable to meet people's needs.The appearance of coconut opening machine has greatly improved the above problems.However,in the process of using the opening machine,there will be many problems,such as holding mechanism failure.If such problems are not fed back in time,it will not only bring security risks,but also cause processing delay.Therefore,it is urgent to develop the remote monitoring system of coconut opening machine to realize the remote monitoring and fault diagnosis of the opening machine.This paper first analyzes the work flow of the opening machine.Secondly,according to the system function requirements,the realization scheme of three functional modules,which are remote monitoring,fault diagnosis and information management,is developed.Based on 4G mobile communication technology,the remote monitoring of the opening machine is realized.Based on fuzzy logic,the design of fault diagnosis algorithm for the opening machine is realized.The data table is established in the database to store the data of the opening machine,and the information management of the opening machine can be realized.The remote monitoring system of the opening machine is composed of two parts:the lower computer and the upper computer.The whole system is based on the hardware circuit.Through the programming of the lower computer,the working state data of the machine,including the fault alarm information of the machine,the number of coconut opened by the machine and the fault code of the machine,are collected.The data are stored in EEPROM every 5 minutes.When the data transmission cycle is reached,the program first writes the working state data of the opening machine into the required message format,and the control unit sends the data to the cloud timely and accurately through the 4G communication module.After receiving the message,the cloud analyzes the message.If the analysis is successful,the data will be saved in the cloud.The monitoring center can access the server through Internet,view and download the data.In order to realize the fault diagnosis of the opening machine,a fault diagnosis algorithm based on fuzzy logic is designed.After defining the parameters required by the algorithm,the membership function of the fault code is obtained by using the fuzzy statistical method based on the previous maintenance records of the opening machine.On this basis,the fuzzy equation of the fault diagnosis of the opening machine is established,and the fuzzy vector of the fault causes of the opening machine can be obtained by solving it.Finally,according to the fault code,the component that may fail is determined,and the phase of the component's life cycle is judged.If the component is in the initial failure period or wear failure period,the membership degree of the failure cause is adjusted.After obtaining the final fault reason vector of the opening machine,according to the principle of maximum membership degree,the fault diagnosis results are obtained and the fault components are determined.The system uses SQL Server 2008 as the system database and C # programming language in Microsoft Visual Studio to develop the upper computer interface of remote monitoring system of coconut opening machine,which realizes three main functions of remote monitoring,fault diagnosis and information management of coconut opening machine.The information management interface can access the data in the database.The remote monitoring interface can view and save the working state data of the opening machine.Based on the working state data and previous maintenance data of the opening machine,the fault diagnosis interface can realize the fault diagnosis of the opening machine.
