Box,as a portable implement,is widely used in modern life.Lightweight and high strength is an important index of bag design.At present,the box products in the market can basically meet the needs of people in the ordinary life scene,but in the special marine conditions of high pressure and easy corrosion,the research and application of box parts are very few.Commonly used metal materials can not meet the performance requirements of special products due to its significant ratio,difficult corrosion prevention work.But the composite materials have the properties of high specific strength,high specific stiffness,good corrosion resistance and designable material properties.Therefore,a design scheme of light weight and high strength composite box parts under marine conditions is proposed.This design scheme not only provides reference for lightweight design of marine submersible parts,but also has important significance to improve the military equipment capability and single soldier combat capability of navy.Through the performance design of the laminate,the simulation analysis of the box working condition and the verification of its structure design,the design scheme of the light-weight and high-strength composite box under the marine working condition is obtained.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The material and forming process selection and laying design of the composite material were carried out,and the performance experiment was completed.The effects of different ply designs on material properties and failure modes are studied,and provide data parameter support for finite element analysis.(2)Combined with the experimental results and the constitutive equation of the laminate,the finite element software ABAQUS was used to simulate the tensile process of its[0/45/90/-45]3Slaminate,and the simulation results were verified with the experimental results under the same working conditions.(3)According to the basic properties of materials and marine conditions,the simulation analysis model of the box under the actual pressure condition is established by using the software ABAQUS,and it is found that the original box structure can not meet the requirements of working conditions.(4)In view of the situation that the stress and strain in the original box structure are too large,the internal support design and shape design of the box are carried out,and the optimal design scheme of the lightweight high-strength box is finally obtained.The simulation results show that the internal support design can improve the excessive stress and strain of the box.The shape design has a good effect on reducing the stress concentration.The design meets the design requirements of light weight and high strength.
