As a large industrial country,China's influence on the global industry is expanding day by day.In industrial production,electric welding is a common type of work,and also a type of work with high risk coefficient.It is of great practical significance to pay attention to and improve the occupational safety and emotion of welding workers,and to study the design of welding occupational protective clothing.This paper combs the working characteristics of welding workers,discusses the relevant research results of welding protective clothing,and through various professional channels,investigates and collects all kinds of information and data about current welding protective clothing at home and abroad,through literature retrieval,comprehensively and systematically consulting relevant books,summarizes and sorts out the data.Combined with market research and case analysis,and from the following aspects of analysis and design practice :(1)Ergonomics of clothing.Welding workers have different welding postures,such as squatting welding,pitching welding,overhead welding and cross welding.Therefore,welding protective clothing has higher requirements for wearing comfort.Based on ergonomics theory,this paper analyzes the wearing and taking off portability of protective clothing and the flexible range of elbow joint,shoulder joint,waist joint,hip joint and knee joint of welding workers under different welding actions degree(2)The protective clothing and fabric have flame retardancy and resistance to molten metal(welding slag)impact.At present,the commonly used flame-retardant fabrics for welding protective clothing are: thickened pure cotton,aramid and aramid composite materials,polyimide composite materials,polysulfonamide composite materials,etc.the national standard for the impact resistance of molten metal requires that the temperature of protective clothing samples should not be higher than 40 K after 15 drops of metal droplets are used for impact test(3)clothing color and its warning.Use color to give psychological suggestion to welders,improve the warning of clothing,and effectively reduce work accidents.(4)Safety protection performance of protective accessories.Protective accessories mainly include welding mask,goggles,etc.Starting from the actual needs,this paper uses the methods of literature research,case study,questionnaire survey and practical research to design and develop the spring and autumn protective clothing for electric welding operation,aiming to ensure the integration of protection,function,comfort and beauty of protective products,which has positive significance for the development of protective clothing for electric welders.
