In recent years,in order to improve their competitive advantage in manufacturing industry,most countries in the world have taken the development of efficient CNC cutting tools as an important means.In the manufacturing cost of manufacturing industry,the consumption of cutting tools has accounted for a large proportion,because many western countries have regarded cutting tools as a kind of productivity and abandoned the traditional concept of cutting tools as consumables.In order to improve production efficiency and save cost,they focus on the research of cutting methods,and improve and innovate the traditional processing methods.However,in China's manufacturing industry,it is still through obtaining a large number of cheap labor to reduce production costs,which greatly restricts the development level of China's manufacturing industry.Therefore,in order to improve the international market competitiveness of China's high-efficiency CNC tools and realize the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry,we must make unremitting efforts to achieve the goal of reducing costs and improving efficiency.In this paper,the high-efficiency super hard end milling cutter is taken as the research object,and parametric modeling technology,finite element technology and other means are adopted to realize the rapid design of high-efficiency CNC milling cutter and its grinding fixture.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The development status of tool manufacturing industry at home and abroad and the research on milling force model and grinding fixture of end mill are summarized.By comparing the development level of tool market at home and abroad and the research status of tool manufacturing,this paper points out the research status of key technology of tool manufacturing,and finally puts forward the main research content of this topic.(2)Based on Pro/E three-dimensional modeling software,parametric design of carbide end milling cutter is realized.In the Pro / E three-dimensional modeling software,the three-dimensional models of two tooth and four tooth end mills are created.The parametric design method is used to parametric design the established two tooth,four tooth flat end mills and ball end mills.By changing the main parameters of end mills,the diversified milling cutter models are quickly established.Based on the Pro / E family table method,the standard parts library of NC tools is established to realize the standard design Rapid design of series cutting tools.(3)The optimization design of a new type of carbide four tooth milling cutter.Based on the three-dimensional model of the general four tooth end milling cutter,the groove type is optimized.The structure of the spiral angle,the back of the tooth and the chip holding groove is improved.A new type of hard alloy four tooth end milling cutter with strong strength is designed.The three-dimensional solid model of two kinds of end mills established by pro/e is introduced into Ansys,which is a finite element analysis software.The static analysis and modal analysis of the structure are carried out.The cutting performance of the two end mills is compared when the cutting parameters change.By combining the results of static analysis and modal analysis,it can be seen that the cutting performance of the new type of powerful four tooth end milling cutter is more superior after optimized design.(4)The establishment of milling force model and its cutting simulation of ball end end milling cutter.By analyzing the structure and processing characteristics of the ball end end milling cutter,the cutting edge of the spiral groove of the ball end end milling cutter is micro metabolized,which makes it approximately as a straight cutting edge with an inclined angle.A micro element milling force model considering the wear of the back face is created,and then the rigid milling force model is established.In Abaqus,a three-dimensional cutting simulation model is established to simulate the cutting process by finite element method to observe the influence of tool temperature and internal stress due to tool wear at different times.(5)Design and manufacture of grinding fixture for high precision circular arc milling cutter.Aiming at the positioning error of the traditional grinding fixture for circular arc milling cutter,the structure of the fixture is improved.The V-block is selected as the positioning element of the grinding fixture for circular arc milling cutter,and the screw clamping mechanism is adopted to analyze the positioning error and calculate the clamping force,so that the workpiece can be clamped accurately,so as to achieve the effect of efficient grinding.Finally,each module of the fixture is assembled to complete the design and manufacture of grinding fixture.
