Study On The Design Of Toys To Relieve The Loneliness Of The Elderly

Since entering the aging society in our country,the ratio of the number of elderly population and the population continues to grow,the focus of attention to the elderly in China gradually from material life to spiritual culture and mental health.Among them,the elderly spiritual loneliness problems is very outstanding,caused wide public concern.Toys are the best tool to relieve the loneliness of the elderly.According to "ask questions-analysis problem-problem solving" in the design process,combining the feature of the elderly loneliness psychological,the elderly toy design principles and norms of refining and summarized,in order to improve the help of loneliness of the elderly.Firstly,this paper introduces the status quo of loneliness in the elderly,analyzes the adverse effects of loneliness on their physical and mental health,and discusses the ways to intervene loneliness in the elderly from three aspects of satisfying spiritual needs,satisfying interests and promoting social communication level.Secondly,it analyzes the improvement effect of toys on the psychology of the elderly,discusses the entertainment methods of elderly users through questionnaire survey,clarifies the necessity of toys for the elderly,and deeply understands the functional needs and product expectations of users for the elderly toy products,so as to integrate the design needs.Thirdly,the emotional care toys for the elderly market research,according to the spiritual care,interests and hobbies,promote social communication classification of competitive products analysis,summed up the toys contained in the six features of high-tech,nostalgic and traditional,mathematical logic,physical kinesthetic,music and painting,interpersonal communication,and then explore the emotional care toys for the elderly psychological intervention process and way,and from the elderly toys market and emotional care toys two aspects of the status analysis,point out the deficiencies.Finally,this paper discusses the impact of loneliness on the toy design of the elderly,and makes a detailed analysis of the toy's functional elements,material elements and color elements,and puts forward the toy design strategies to alleviate the loneliness of the elderly: interactive mode based on the emotional level,enhancement of the adaptability and social connectivity of the elderly,multi-level,all-around entertainment experience and deep participative design,and combined with the knowledge of ergonomics for design practice.This paper adopts a variety of research methods such as literature analysis,questionnaire survey and theoretical induction.Intervention in the elderly loneliness way as constraints is applied to the design of toys,toy design for the elderly puts forward new requirements,and alleviates the loneliness of the elderly to provide more diverse ideas and methods,to improve the elderly life happiness index has important significance.
