| Pathogenic bacteria are extremely harmful to human health.In recent years,diseases caused by bacterial infections have become a major health problem all over the world.People’s demand for healthy,hygienic and safe products is increasing.The development of antibacterial functional textiles continues to attract attention.Antibacterial textiles can kill and inhibit bacteria,resist diseases caused by pathogenic bacteria,and are used in biological medicine,health care and daily use.However,traditional antibacterial textiles have limitations,such as poor durability,antibacterial agents consumption is large,complex preparation processes,and poor safety.In order to solve the above problems,this paper proposes a new preparation method,develops a new type of nano antibacterial material,and constructs an efficient,green and durable antibacterial textile.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The composite material of graphene oxide(GO)and silver nanoparticles(Ag NPs)is used as a new antibacterial agent,and GO is functionalized with polyethyleneimine(PEI)for the defect that GO is easy to aggregate in aqueous solution.Modification to improve the dispersion stability of GO to form GO-PEI composites.Using a simple and green microwave heating method,using silver ammonia solution as the precursor material of Ag NPs,Ag~+was reduced to Ag NPs with particle size distribution at 5-20 nm,and Ag NPs were uniformly loaded on the modified GO to obtain GO-PEI-Ag composites.Based on electrospinning technology,polyacrylonitrile(PAN)high polymer is used as raw material to prepare spinning solution,and GO-PEI-Ag/PAN nanofiber core-spun yarn is prepared through multi-needle conjugate electrostatic yarn forming device,with PAN nanofiber orientation arranged,the GO-PEI-Ag composite material is uniformly and stably adsorbed on the fiber,and collectively drafted into a yarn to obtain a nanofiber yarn with excellent mechanical properties.The composite material exerts an efficient and synergistic antibacterial effect,and it is not easy to be inside the yarn Comes off and has excellent durability.Combining traditional textile technology,weaving yarns into fabrics,rapid bactericidal ability of the material and the antibacterial property of the fabric were tested by AGAR diffusion method and plate counting method.GO-PEI-Ag composite material can quickly show antibacterial effect at 2.5 h,and showed strong bactericidal effect at 4 h.The survival rate of bacteria was 0%.GO-PEI-Ag/PAN antibacterial fabric has an antibacterial rate of≥99.99%against gram-negative bacteria and gram-positive bacteria.After washing,the antibacterial rate is still≥99.99%.(2)A new type of organic antibacterial composite material was prepared by a simple method.Nano cellulose(CNW)was used as the base material,and the organic silicon quaternary ammonium salt material(QAS)was grafted on the principle of covalent bonding.The dispersion stability of CNW has been modified,and the two are combined to form an antibacterial agent with high stability,good durability,high antibacterial activity,and health and safety.The CNW-QAS/PAN nanofiber core-spun yarn is constructed using multi-needle conjugate electrospinning technology.The yarn has excellent stretch ability and flexibility.The quaternary ammonium salt of organosilicone was chemically grafted onto the fiber to form an insoluble,easy to fall off and high safety antimicrobial agent.The antibacterial fabric woven with yarn has long-lasting and strong antibacterial activity.The antibacterial rate is≥99.99%.After being washed,the fabric still maintains high antibacterial efficiency.Use this method The prepared yarn has long-lasting and high-efficiency antibacterial,and has a good application prospect in the fields of medicine,clothing,daily use,etc.,and provides a feasible method for the development of new green,high-efficiency and durable antibacterial textiles. |
