With the rapid development of national defense,industrial robot industry and aerospace technology in recent years,the precision machine tool has been promoted toward high speed,high efficiency and high precision.The industrial robot field is the core field to ensure the next stage of intelligent and rapid development,in which the cycloid wheel is a key part of the industrial robot cycloid reducer.Usually adopts special machining gear grinding machine in our country at present stage of cycloidal gear grinding machine tool,as cycloid gear processing equipment,but the processing efficiency and accuracy and abroad there is still a large gap,one of the reasons is that the machine tool structure stiffness and vibration resistance,at the same time in the optimization of cycloidal gear grinding machine tool stiffness,vibration resistance,stability,How to realize the lightweight of components and the optimal layout of the structure is a technical problem we are facing.Therefore,this paper optimized the stiffness,vibration resistance and quality of the cycloidal gear grinding machine structure.Firstly,the structure of the whole machine was designed.At the same time,based on structural dynamics,variable density topology optimization,bionics,statics analysis theory and sensitivity analysis theory,the following studies were carried out:Analyzed the machining principles of cycloid gear grinding machines,compared the strengths and weaknesses of production and forming methods,and calculated cycloid production in combination with actual working conditions.Gear grinding machine Grinding force,completed establishment of finite element model of the whole machine,solve optimal structural frame using topology optimization module of finite element software.Good machine of Nymphaeaceae plant belonging to Wang Lian Use fuzzy mathematics by analyzing physical properties Using fuzzy similarity theory,verify the similarity between Wang Lian and machine tool columns.This demonstrates the scientific nature of choosing Wang Lian as a bionic prototype for machine tool columns to design bionic models that include the main tendon,Secondary tendons,and third level tendons.The rib and plate layout is used to reconstruct the 3D model of the bionic column.The structure of each component throughout the machine is optimized by a multipurpose gene algorithm.After analysis and comparison of finite elements,the structure is under the same boundary conditions.After optimization,the dynamic and static performance of each part is improved to varying degrees,improving quality.It has been reduced to various degrees of structure.Modal hammer percussion experiments confirm that the natural frequency of the optimized structure has been improved.At the same time,the finite element simulation results are in line with the development trends of the modal hammer percussion experiment,and the cycloid gear grinding machine has improved the structural rigidity and vibration resistance.
