With the rapid development of Internet technology,great changes have taken place in the mode of industrial production.The traditional manufacturing industry has begun to transform to intelligent manufacturing.CNC machine tool processing has gradually replaced the traditional machine tool processing and become one of the important components of the current development of mechanical modernization.In order to ensure the correctness of NC machining program,ensure the quality of workpiece processing,and avoid the problems of miscutting and downtime caused by program coding in the middle of processing,it is necessary to verify the NC program after coding.Therefore,the digital twin technology is used to simulate the machining of CNC machine tools.In the production process of CNC machine tools,the correctness of CNC machining program is judged in a comprehensive and intuitive way,and the rationality of machining program is verified,so as to reduce the abnormal situation in the actual production process,reduce the production cost and improve the production quality.Aiming at the short board of NC machine tool,this paper designs and implements the digital twin system of NC machine tool,which completes the process of online cutting simulation through notebook computer,NC machine tool and mqtt message queue telemetry transmission protocol.The research contents of this paper are as follows(1)Because the data transmission function needs to be completed normally in the case of low bandwidth,and the particularity of CNC machine tool operating system,mqtt communication protocol is used for the integrated communication between CNC machine tool equipment and digital twin system to ensure the normal operation of the system in the case of low bandwidth and small memory.(2)Considering the wide variety of CNC machine tools,taking CK0632,Haas VF2 YT and Hanfeng as the objects,using 3DS Max carries out one-to-one modeling and drawing of digital twin model of CNC machine tool.Users can choose freely according to their needs.At the same time,according to the viewing angle requirements of machine tool workers in the process of entity processing of CNC machine tool,this system takes transparent viewing angle,deflection angle and structure explosion diagram as one of the requirements in the process of user interface development,showing that science and technology are people-oriented and human-oriented The ideas used.(3)According to the requirements of cutting simulation,the workpiece model and tool model are researched and implemented in the process of system development,the collision detection between models is designed,and the Boolean operation between models is researched and implemented.(4)Taking CK0632 as an example,the performance of the machine tool is tested.The test results show that the system can complete the cutting simulation task,the simulation process is convenient and fast,the simulation results are real and reliable,and meet the test cutting requirements before the CNC machine tool production line goes online.Using this system can reduce the on-site debugging time and material cost,improve the utilization rate of CNC machine tools,and reduce the machine tool downtime caused by processing program errors.
