As the core of modern manufacturing,the demand for multi-function of intelligent CNC system is becoming increasingly prominent.Traditional CNC system products and their development concepts are closed to a certain extent,dependent on manufacturers and difficult to adapt flexibly to changing application requirements.The emergence of CNC system with open and reconfigurable structure has brought the CNC field into a new stage of research and development.Human-machine interface is the communication channel between the user and the CNC system.The success of the interface directly determines the quality of the system work.The research and development of excellent man-machine interface can not only improve the production efficiency,but also help our country to develop higher quality manufacturing equipment.On the basis of the research on the reconfigurable CNC system and the development status of CNC system at home and abroad,according to the functional requirements of man-machine interface,the realization scheme of the reconfigurable CNC system man-machine interface is determined.Referenced from the research results of OSEC in Japan and OSACA in Europe,based on the modular design idea,the CNC system is divided into modules to ensure the relative independence of each module.The man-machine interface module is developed separately and the communication between modules is realized through the interface.This paper discusses and analyzes the reconfigurable goal of human-computer interface,combining with the object-oriented software design method,analyzing the functional structure and requirements of the interface,using UML(Unified Modeling Language)technology and the combination of static structure and dynamic behavior model modeling method to create interface model for describing the structure,functional requirements and interactive behavior of the interface,providing support for modularization and componentization.Based on the goal of reconfigurable and scalability,combining with the concept of software developing,this paper uses the COM(Common Object Model)technology to develop human-machine interface components,under the COM specification defined standardized component interface,realize the interoperation between modules,makes the man-machine interface function extensibility,reconfigurable characteristics of flexible so that they can apply to the different needs of different end users,the users don't need to understand the internal structure,only according to the system specification for simple programming interface extend customization can be achieved.The human-machine interface is designed and realized with the support of ?C/GUI interface development tool.Through testing and verification,it is proved that the human-machine interface of CNC system developed in this paper has a good degree of feasibility.
