With the rapid development of my country's economy,the accompanying air pollution problems have become more and more serious.Indoor air pollution is far more harmful than outdoors,and a series of health problems caused by it are related to people's livelihood and well-being.The main components of indoor air pollutants are volatile organic compounds(VOCs)and small particles.The current air filter materials have a single function,mainly targeting the small particles PM 2.5,and cannot simultaneously absorb harmful substances such as formaldehyde.In this paper,the electrospinning nanofibers with a three-dimensional spatial structure is used as a carrier to composite with metal organic framework materials(MOFs),combining the advantages and characteristics of the two,while expanding the practical applicability of MOFs materials.Discuss the filtration performance and formaldehyde adsorption performance of MOF@Nanofiber material,and prepare new materials that can efficiently purify the indoor air environment.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)ZIF-67,ZIF-8 metal-organic framework materials and Mn O2 catalytic materials were prepared by static precipitation method,and HKUST-1 metal-organic framework materials were prepared by solvothermal method,Purchased powdered activated carbon adsorption material and treated it with acid modification.The formaldehyde adsorption performance test of the prepared material was carried out to pave the way for the subsequent application of nanofiber loaded metal organic framework material on formaldehyde adsorption.The results showed that the formaldehyde removal rates of ZIF-67,ZIF-8,HKUST-1,Mn O2,activated carbon materials were 74.6%,79.8%,67.7%,55.2%,and 63%,respectively.(2)Combine ZIF-67 with PS nanofibers.By adding cobalt acetate(Co(AC)2)to the PS spinning solution,the Co(AC)2/PS nanofiber membrane was prepared by electrospinning technology.Soak it in 2-methylimidazole(2-MI)/Ethanol solution to make the Co2+on the PS nanofibers coordinate with the 2-MI ligand in the soaking solution to grow ZIF-67 crystals in situ along the fiber surface to prepare ZIF-67@PS nanofiber membranes.The load of ZIF-67improves the filtration efficiency and formaldehyde adsorption performance.At an air flow rate of 32 L/min,the filtration efficiency of the ZIF-67@PS nanofiber membrane reaches95.2%,the filtration resistance is 67.4 Pa,and the QF value is 0.0451 Pa-1.The ZIF-67@PS nanofiber membrane has a formaldehyde removal rate of 95.0%.After five cycles of formaldehyde adsorption tests,the removal rate of formaldehyde was 77.0%.(3)Zn(CH3COO)2/PAN nanofiber membranes were prepared by electrospinning technology.and ZIF-8@PAN nanofibers were prepared by soaking method.The surface of ZIF-8@PAN material is composed of randomly stacked one-dimensional nanomaterials(PAN nanofibers)as the main body and secondary nanostructures(ZIF-8 crystals)existing on the fiber surface,which has good flexibility.The average fiber diameter is 605nm,the surface roughness Ra value is 307 nm.The loading of ZIF-8 crystals improves the surface roughness of the PAN nanofiber membrane,increases the effective filtration area on the surface of the nanofiber membrane material,and enhances the capture of small particles.At an air flow rate of 32 L/min,the filtration efficiency reaches 96.9%,the filtration resistance is 65.8 Pa,and the QF value is 0.0528 Pa-1.The removal rate of formaldehyde reaches 98.0%.After five cycles of formaldehyde adsorption test,ZIF-8@PAN still has good formaldehyde adsorption performance,and the formaldehyde removal rate is 98.0%,94.9%,91.0%,86.2%,81.5%,respectively.
