As a major coal producer and consumer,in the process of coal production,China produces a large number of coal gangue,the large accumulation of coal gangue will cause more serious pollution problems,and at the same time cause serious waste of resources.Crushing flotation,as a common means of comprehensive utilization of coal gangue,can recover the char,which not only reduces the pollution caused by spontaneous combustion of coal gangue,but also realizes the recycling of resources.In order to achieve high-efficiency decarbonization in the flotation process,this paper introduces ultrasonic waves in the flotation process,and strengthens flotation through the use of ultrasonic treatment to efficiently recover charcoal from coal gangue and realize the qualitative utilization of coal gangue.Based on the study of the basic properties of coal gangue,this paper studies the strengthening effect of ultrasound,and explores the influence of various factors on the flotation effect in this process,optimizes and masters various experimental parameters,and explores on this basis An ultrasonic enhanced flotation coal gangue decarbonization process that can provide a theoretical basis for industrial applications has been developed.The specific content is as follows::(1)By studying the basic properties of the coal gangue sample,the results show that the Si O2,Al2O3 and carbon-related loss on ignition in the gangue sample are the main components.At the same time,the sample belongs to the coal gangue with high carbon content.In addition,kaolinite and quartz are in the sample.The middle proportion is relatively high,and it is the main gangue mineral of this sample.The calorific value of this sample is low,only 9916.81 k J/kg.(2)By studying the strengthening effect of ultrasonic in the decarburization process of flotation,the results show that the flotation effect of the pulp treated with ultrasonic is significantly improved compared with the pulp without ultrasonic treatment.When the flotation time is 6 minutes,the concentrate yield of the former is increased by 13.27%compared with the latter,the fixed carbon recovery rate is increased by 28.23%,the flotation perfection index is increased by 14.17%,and the increase is large.The fixed carbon grade is improved.The increase is 3.21%,which is a small increase.(3)By studying the effects of several commonly used flotation reagents on the flotation effect of coal gangue samples,the results show that different types of reagents have little effect on the flotation effect.In the experimental combination,diesel oil is used as a collector and sec-octanol As a foaming agent,the combination of agents has the best flotation effect.The study compared the flotation effect of three different ultrasonic treatment schemes,and the result showed that the flotation effect of scheme two was better.(4)Under ultrasonic conditions,by studying the influence of various factors on the flotation effect during the flotation process,optimize and obtain the optimal value of each influencing factor.The optimal values of each parameter are:particle size0.075-0.045 mm,ultrasonic power 300 W,ultrasonic time 3.87 min,slurry concentration 100 g/L,collector dosage 1120 m L/t,foaming agent dosage 158.5 m L/t,aeration The volume is 0.33m3/h,the impeller speed is 2060 r/min,and the flotation time is 5.98 min.(5)By studying the influence of the number of selections under the action of ultrasound on the effect of the flotation process,the results show that with the increase of the number of selections,the concentrate yield and the fixed carbon recovery rate both decrease,but the fixed carbon content is obtained after the increase of the number of selections.Promote.By comparing the flotation effects of different processes,the results show that the concentrate yield of the"one rough and three refined"process is20.76%,the fixed carbon recovery rate is reduced to 66.69%,and the fixed carbon content of the concentrate is 71.54%,and the flotation effect is better.By studying the effect of the number of sweeps under the action of ultrasound on the flotation process,the results show that increasing the number of sweeps of tailings does not greatly improve the flotation effect,and by studying the flotation effects of different processes,the results show that"one The flotation effect of the"coarse three fines and one sweep"process is better.The experimental results are:the concentrate yield is 26.14%,the concentrate fixed carbon content is 67.37%,and the concentrate fixed carbon recovery rate is 79.08%.(6)By analyzing the calorific value of the concentrate produced by the"one coarse,three refined and one sweeping"process identified in this paper,it is found that the high calorific value of the concentrate has reached 28186.5 k J/kg,which can be used as steam coal.At the same time,the economic benefit of the process is analyzed,and the process can finally generate a profit of 32.88 yuan by using 1 ton of coal gangue.
