The development of an enterprise is closely related to the efforts of employees,and it is impossible to develop an enterprise without the efforts of its employees.In modern staff's remuneration system,employees are getting more and more attention.Whether an enterprise can retain talents largely depends on whether the remuneration system is perfect and or the remuneration incentive policy is in place.Therefore,the remuneration system has become a key part of human resource management.Since the establishment of Aluminum Factory A for more than 10 years,great changes have taken place in its scale and number of employees.The internal structure of talents in Aluminum Factory A is unreasonable in terms of age,profession,research orientation,educational background,professional title,etc.The brain drain and the increasing mismatch between the skills and positions of personnel in different departments is not conducive to a stable talent team,and moreover,the original remuneration policy lacks new incentive measures,discouraging the enthusiasm of employees,especially the old employees.Therefore,this article takes A aluminum profile factory as a case to study the company's salary system,use salary theory and incentive theory,realizing the satisfaction of management personnel and employees with the current remuneration system by issuing questionnaires,and the overall development plan of it by interviewing its senior management people,analyzes the existing problems of the current salary system based on statistical data,and provides a realistic basis for the optimization design of the salary system.Based on the evaluation of job value,redesigning the remuneration board,such as seniority pay,short term and long term incentive mechanism based on the job position,proposes the measures to guarantee,suggesting the smooth implementation of remuneration system from the aspects of organizational structure,publicity communication and performance evaluation.The research of this paper provides practical reference and guidance for the improvement and optimization of the salary system of A aluminum profile factory.and also hopes to provide some reference experience for other similar enterprises.
