As the"eye"for obtaining optoelectronic signals,photodetectors are widely used in various consumer electronic products,industrial products,scientific research equipment,military products,etc.,and are extensively studied by a large number of scientific researchers around the world.Semiconductor materials are an important class of materials in the study of optoelectronic technology.Its photoelectric effect is very obvious and can be used to make various photodetectors.In recent years,perovskite materials based on organic/inorganic hybridization have suddenly become a star material.Due to their excellent photoelectric properties such as direct band gap structure,high absorption coefficient,and high carrier mobility,they are used in solar photovoltaic cells,photoelectric detection with high research value and application prospects.In the field of optoelectronics,the research cost of inorganic materials is high,the cycle is long,and the process is complicated;while the new type of optoelectronic functional material perovskite has low cost,simple preparation and has attracted much attention,which has become a research hotspot in recent years.There are many detectors on the market,such as photodiodes,phototransistors,pyroelectric infrared sensors,photoresistors,and infrared receiver tubes,etc.However,the components of these detectors are generally not available in ordinary laboratories.In this paper,perovskite materials can be used to make a practical photodetector.This detector is not sensitive to general light,but is very sensitive to strong light sources,such as lasers,and can be prepared in ordinary laboratories.The feasibility and repeatability of this method are high.Based on this photodetector,coupled with a system circuit designed by a single-chip microcomputer,it can be made into an application example--laser targeting system.It's simple and reliable,which made it particularly meaningful.It can even be used as an experiment for a material major student.Therefore,it is very valuable and innovative.Based on the perovskite material,this paper selects methylammonium lead iodide(chemical formula:MAPb I3)as the material for research.This material has excellent photoelectric properties.I carry out research into the preparation process and performance parameter around different factors such as environment,temperature and preparation technics.A strong light photodetector with relatively stable performance was prepared and combined with the relevant technology of the single-chip microcomputer.It was integrated into a specific application.The main work is as follows:1.Using MSM structure as the basic structure for preparing perovskite photodetector,creatively use PCB drawing software to draw the interdigital electrode.Hand it to the circuit board factory to make the board and obtain the photodetector substrate;2.Study the use of different parameters to configure the perovskite solution,heat and mix with a magnetic stirrer to obtain the perovskite precursor solution.Study the effect of different spin coating speeds on the performance of the photodetector.Measure and analyze the photoelectric performance of the perovskite photodetector with different film thicknesses to improve the performance of the device;3.Using the conventional perovskite film preparation method and using PCB circuit board as the substrate,a photoelectric detector is made.In an ordinary laboratory environment,it still has good photoelectric performance after 4 months.4.Expand the application of the obtained perovskite photodetector and design a laser target system based on the photodetector made of the perovskite material;mainly use the STC90C52RC MCU as the control core,relying on the steering gear to rotate the target plate to shoot Response.The LM324 comparator circuit is used as the receiver of target information.The target of perovskite photodetector is aimed by the laser.If laser hit the target,the target falls down,and a sound prompt is issued.The number of shooting rings is displayed on the LCD1602 screen in real time.It also has the function of voice broadcast information.5.The laser targeting system based on the perovskite photodetector was tested.The results showed that the system has high reliability and sensitivity,which verified the practicability of the system design and has high application value.
