Aiming at the problem of low loading efficiency of roller shearer in extremely thin coal seam,a kind of roller inclined layout shearer is developed to improve the loading efficiency of roller shearer in extremely thin coal seam.Taking the inclined cylinder as the research object,the load characteristics and coal loading efficiency of the cylinder are studied theoretically,simulatively and experimentally.Based on the kinematics analysis of the inclined cylinder,the cutting thickness algorithm of the inclined cylinder picking pick was given,and the theoretical model of the inclined cylinder picking pick three-way load was established by referring to the theoretical model of the upright cylinder picking pick three-way load.Based on the theoretical model of coal loading efficiency with vertical roller arrangement,the theoretical model of coal loading efficiency with oblique roller arrangement was established by comprehensively considering the influence of the angle of the roller inclination on the coal loading efficiency.Using EDEM software,the numerical model of cutting coal rock with vertical and inclined roller arrangement was established.The simulation of cutting coal and loading coal were carried out by single factor control variable method respectively.The variation law of the triaxial load of the vertical arrangement of the drum with different maximum cutting thicknesses and different axial inclination angles and the variation law of the triaxial load and the triaxial load of the inclined arrangement of the drum with different maximum cutting thicknesses were studied by the triaxial load spectrum of the vertical arrangement of the drum.Combined with the simulation data of the triaxial load of the roller with inclined arrangement of the pick,the theoretical model of the triaxial load of the roller with inclined arrangement of the pick is modified by least square method.The simulation results show that the coal loading efficiency of the inclined roller is obviously higher than that of the upright roller.The loading efficiency of the roller reversal is higher than that of the forward rotation.In a certain range,the hauling speed of the shearer and the rotating speed of the drum have little influence on the coal loading efficiency when the roller is arranged in a inclined direction.Combined with the simulation results of coal loading,the correction coefficient of the theoretical model of coal loading efficiency in the inclined roller arrangement is calculated.The single-factor cutting experiments were carried out on a multi-pick rotary cutting experimental platform.Two methods,HHT and permutation entropy,were introduced to extract the cutting information of the load spectrum.The mean value of the load spectrum,permutation entropy and energy ratio were given to evaluate the influence rules of axial inclination angle and maximum cutting thickness on the three-direction load spectrum of pick.The theoretical value,simulated value and experimental value of the three-direction load of the vertical arrangement of the drum pick were compared and analyzed.The variation rule of the three values was consistent and the degree of coincidence was high,which verified the correctness of the numerical simulation and indirectly verified the correctness of the theoretical model of the three-direction load of the inclined arrangement of the drum pick.The establishment of load model and coal loading efficiency model provides theoretical reference for the structure design and the setting of working parameters of the shearer with roller inclined arrangement in extremely thin coal seam.
