Light hydrocarbon gas is a kind of clean mixed gas made from liquid light hydrocarbon by light hydrocarbon gas production equipment.It can be delivered to the user terminal through local pipeline,which can better solve the user's heat problem and has a better application prospect.The gasification process of light hydrocarbon is a complicated gas-liquid two-phase flow process,and there are many factors that affect the gas production process.At present,for the gas production process,there are still some problems such as low gas production efficiency and large equipment size.In this paper,the gas-liquid two-phase flow characteristics in the equipment are analyzed and studied based on the design and optimization of the structure of the gas making equipment.In the process of light hydrocarbon gas production,due to the large number of light hydrocarbon gas components,the characteristic parameters of light hydrocarbon gas will change under different gas production conditions,such as dew point temperature,calorific value of gas,etc.In this paper,first,by using the Aspen Plus platform,a simulation process of the light hydrocarbon production process is established.The influence of different light hydrocarbon components,different pressure,temperature and mixing ratio on the dew point and calorific value of light hydrocarbon gas is analyzed,and it is concluded that the influence of mixing ratio is the most significant.Furthermore,response surface analysis method is used to analyze the combination of gas production parameters at different dew point temperatures.On the basis of the analysis of the configuration parameters of gas production,the gas-liquid two-phase flow analysis in the air mixing process of gas production is carried out.For two-phase flow problems,the numerical simulation method can provide effective reference for the design and optimization of equipment.In this paper,two fluid model and population equilibrium model are used to simulate the flow characteristics of gas production equipment under different structural parameters.First,the flow characteristics of gas production equipment with or without sieve plate are analyzed.The results show that the sieve plate makes the radial distribution of gas phase more uniform,and the sieve plate increases the breakage between bubbles,which is beneficial to enhance the effect of gas-liquid mass transfer.Then the gas holdup,gas phase velocity and bubble distribution of the gas making equipment are analyzed under the equilateral triangle and annular sieve plate structures.Finally,the flow characteristics in the gas generator with different air distributors are analyzed.The results show that the air distributor is beneficial to improve the flow condition in the equipment,and the performance of the annular distributor and the straight pipe distributor is better than that of the single hole distributor.For the gas-liquid contact area of different equipment structures,the annular distributor has better distribution characteristics and engineering amplification characteristics.Through the above analysis and research,some results are obtained,in order to provide reference for the design of light hydrocarbon gas production equipment.
