Metal Organic Frameworks stands for MOFs.It is a kind of crystalline porous material with periodic network structure formed by the self-assembly of inorganic metal center(metal ion or metal cluster)and organic ligand.MOFs are organic-inorganic hybrid materials,also known as coordination polymers,which are different from both inorganic porous materials and general organic complexes.It has the rigid characteristics of inorganic materials and the flexible characteristics of organic materials.Many of them have good applications in many aspects because of their good stability,large specific surface area and large pore size.Therefore,it shows great potential and attractive prospect in the field of modern material research.Moreover,MOFs materials have unique pore structure and high specific surface area,showing excellent adsorption performance of volatile organic gases(VOCs),and are widely used in the field of environmental pollution control and prevention.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)This paper USES the greenhouse mixing process,zif-8 is using methanol as solvent,dimethyl imidazole as organic ligands,zinc nitrate hexahydrate as raw materials,we use the different mixing time,change different zinc source,change different mole ratio,through a series of experiments were different zif-8 samples under different experimental conditions on the shape of the samples was studied,the size,the influence of specific surface area and structure.(2)Through the above work,we chose a more appropriate zif-8 samples,and then,through the optimization of electrostatic spinning technology parameters and change zif-8 samples and the dosage of polyethylene than luo alkane ketone,such as spinning voltage and injection speed,the preparation of the uniform morphology,large specific surface area,adsorption and adsorption of benzene is 580 mg/g zif-8 /polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP)hierarchical porous composite fibre(zif-8 / PVP),and reveals the hierarchical porous structure zif-8 / PVP composite fiber of cooperative adsorption mechanism.These results indicate that the potential application of porous material/polymer composite fibers in volatile organic gas adsorption has been greatly expanded due to the increase of adsorption active sites and specific surface area.
