Melt electrospinning direct writing refers to the process that under high voltage electric field,the melt polymer on the spinning nozzle forms Taylor cone due to the aggregation of electric charge,and finally overcomes the surface tension to form jet deposition on the collecting plate.It is widely used in the fabrication of two-dimensional patterns,three-dimensional micro nano structures and some functional devices.Based on the investigation of melt electrospinning device,a melt electrospinning nozzle device was designed,a melt electrospinning direct writing prototype was built,and the control law of melt electrospinning direct writing process parameters was mastered.The controllable preparation of melt electrospinning direct writing fiber deposition with receiving distance of0.5-10 mm was realized.On this basis,two-dimensional patterns,three-dimensional micro nano structures,microchannels and liquid microlens arrays were fabricated.The main research work of this paper includes:1)Build a fusion electrospinning direct writing prototype,the three-dimensional structure model of the nozzle device is designed by CATIA 3D design software,and the thermal simulation and electric field simulation analysis of the design nozzle device are carried out by COMSOL multiphysics simulation software.The suitable components are selected to build a melt electrospinning direct writing prototype,including nozzle device,temperature control system,collection device,feeding device,vision system,positive and negative high voltage power supply.2)Study on the influence of melt electrospinning direct-write jet process parameters.The effects of five core process parameters on the morphology and diameter of melt direct writing PCL(polycaprolactone)fiber were analyzed,including applied voltage,nozzle temperature,collecting plate moving speed,air pressure and receiving distance from nozzle to collecting plate.The controllable direct writing of melt electrospun direct writing PCL fiber is realized,which provides a process reference for the patterning and micro nano structure of melt electrospun direct writing.3)Study on Direct Writing 2D Patterns and 3D Micro/Nano Structure of Melt Electrospinning The grid pattern of regular shape and the pattern of “I” with complex shape were prepared,and the positioning error of the two-dimensional pattern of fused electrospun direct writing fiber deposition was analyzed and discussed.Reasonable configuration of fusion electrospinning direct writing process parameters,the use of fusion electrospinning direct writing fibers to deposit two-dimensional pattern error can be reduced to within 2%,that is,less than 10μm.Analyze the melting electrospinning direct writing technology to study the three-dimensional grid structure forming.Experiments show that the fiber diameter of the three-dimensional grid structure prepared by the melt electrospinning direct writing technology is uniform and the fiber superposition is accurate.4)Application research of melt electrospinning direct writing.The preparation of microfluidic channels,liquid microlens arrays,and three-dimensional micro-nano structures has been carried out.The experimental results show that the prepared microfluidic channels can maintain the fiber shape intact,and the liquid microlens arrays can function as lenses. |
