| The Carbonized Polymer Dots(CPDs)is a new fluorescent carbon nanomaterial after Graphene Oxide(GO),Carbon Nanotubes(CNT)and Fullerene.Usually,under hydrothermal conditions,the precursor of molecules generates a series of intermediates(dimers,oligomers and polymers)through polymerization.These intermediates are further dehydrated,carbonized and polymerized to obtain polymer structure or polymer Complex /carbon hybrid structure.Because of its excellent fluorescence properties,good biocompatibility and low environmental toxicity,it is widely used in environmental energy,biomedicine and other fields.This paper focuses on the preparation and research of CPDs for biological and environmental detection:In this study,we used pure biomass Lycium barbarum as carbon source,which is harmless to human body and environment,and can specifically detect silver ions in water,and the detection line can reach 0.11 μM.then,the fluorescent detection film is made by compounding it with PVA film so that it still has fluorescence properties in the non-liquid phase and is still responsive to silver ions.In the previous part of the experiment,we successfully prepared yellow fluorescent carbonized polymer dots and studied their detection function for ions in the environment.Then we used p-phenylenediamine(p-PD),folic acid(FA)as precursors,phosphoric acid as passivator,and synthesized red fluorescent emission folate modified carbonized polymer dots(FA-CPDs)with longer wavelength and stronger penetrability by one-step hydrothermal method.The optimum excitation wavelength is 513 nm and the optimum emitting wavelength is 613 nm,and the quantum yield is up to 30.6%.It has high biocompatibility and imaging performance,and can specifically recognize He La cells containing folate receptor(FR)through folate functional groups on the surface.In conclusion,this work focuses on the synthesis of new carbonized polymer dots,controlled the raw materials and reaction conditions,synthesized carbonized polymer dots with different functions,and explored their applications in ion detection,cell imaging and other fields,which has a positive significance for the ion detection and cancer cells detection. |
