With the annual increase in the number of cars,the problem of energy consumption and environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious.At present,green travel,energy conservation and emission reduction are the focuses of the research and development and production of major cars.In the traditional body manufacturing,steel isopacific plate is used as the main body manufacturing material,so it is impossible to realize the variable thickness according to the performance and strength requirements to make the lightweight effect more obvious.The application of new alloy materials in light weight of automobile body is hindered by its immature forming process.The inorganic nonmetallic materials with more obvious light weight effect cannot be applied to the manufacturing of light weight of automobile body on a large scale due to their high cost.Based on the structure advantages of the TRB plate in the lightweight car body function and the good properties of aluminum alloy,7075 aluminum alloy material of TRB plate as the research object,and study the various technology parameters in the process of hot stamping parameters and the influence of TRB board structure parameters on the forming effect,TRB for aluminum alloy sheet forming complex parts and the application of lightweight car body lay the foundation.In this paper,the TRB plate of 7075 aluminum alloy is selected,and the thermodynamic coupling simulation analysis of hot stamping process is carried out by using workbench finite element software,and the temperature field,stress field law and forming accuracy of the simulation results are analyzed.The orthogonal test was designed to analyze the influence of four technological parameters of hot stamping forming process: initial temperature,stamping speed,concave die fillet radius and holding time on hot stamping forming,and the optimal solution of technological parameters of hot stamping forming process was obtained by multi-objective optimization of the resulting parameters,which was: initial temperature 535?,stamping speed 16.7mm/s,fillet radius 8.71 mm,holding time6.83 s.Aluminum alloy are studied by using the Workbench display dynamic analysis module of TRB plate length of transition zone and transition zone thickness difference of the effects of the stamping and the results of variance analysis and summary of two parameter for thinning rate has a significant impact,in the end the maximum stress impact analysis show that the thickness of the transition region difference has significant influence.
