Amino acid surfactants are a new type of natural green surfactants.In addition to the performance of general surfactants,they also have good biodegradability,mildness and certain bacteriostatic ability.At present,the concept of"green,natural and sustainable development"leads the research and development of daily chemical products.Therefore,the application of amino acid surfactants in daily chemical products is becoming a mainstream trend.This thesis mainly conducts basic research on the performance and application of several acyl amino acid surfactants.The specific research contents are as follows:The surface properties of sodium cocoyl glutamate,cocoyl glutamate,sodium lauroyl glutamate,and sodium lauroyl sarcosinate were studied.By measuring the critical micelle concentration(CMC),the saturated adsorption amount(?max),the minimum cross-sectional area of the surface molecule(Amin),the standard free energy for forming micelles(?G0mic),the standard free energy for surface adsorption(?G0ads),Surface adsorption efficiency(p C20)and other surface chemistry parameters.Among them,the critical micelle concentration(CMC)of sodium cocoyl glutamate is 3.2×10-3mol/L,?cmc is 26.3m N/m,and?max is0.47mmol/cm2.The wetting properties,emulsifying properties,anti-hard water properties and detergency properties of sodium lauroyl sarcosinate,sodium lauroyl glutamate,sodium cocoyl glutamate,cocoyl glutamate were studied.Taking sodium lauroyl sarcosinate as an example,the results of wettability studies show that:the contact angle of 0.4%solution on the surface of solid paraffin is less than 40°,which has good wettability;The emulsification performance research results show that:in the liquid paraffin-water system,sodium lauroyl sarcosinate has good emulsification;the results of hard water resistance research show that:the average stability is2 grades,and the ability to resist hard water;the results of decontamination research show that:The decontamination value R is greater than the decontamination value R of standard washing powder,which has obvious decontamination effect.The effects of different temperatures and different p H values on the foamability and foam stability of the solution were investigated for sodium lauroyl sarcosinate and sodium lauroyl glutamate,and the relationship between methyl cellulose,sodium alginate and octyl gluconate The glycoside and cocamidopropyl betaine form the foam performance of the composite system.Taking sodium lauroyl sarcosinate as an example,the results show that the solution has good foaming and foam stabilizing properties between 25°C and 40°C;sodium lauroyl sarcosinate is more sensitive to p H value,with a p H value of 5 It has good foam performance in the range of 8;the polymer has little effect on the foaming ability of the compound system,while octyl glucoside and cocamidopropyl betaine have a greater influence on the foaming ability of the compound system.The bubble height has increased significantly.Finally,using acyl amino acid surfactant as the main surfactant,design and prepare amino acid cleansing foam formula products,sulfate-free amino acid shampoo formula products,and cold resistance,heat resistance,stability,Determination of properties such as rheology.The formulated product has obvious characteristics and good performance,which can provide a reference for the development of new products for daily chemical washing in actual production.
