The fluororesin has excellent high temperature resistance,chemical corrosion resistance,high weather resistance,high insulation,non-fouling,water resistance,oil resistance due to the existence of F-C bond in fluororesin.With the rapid development of fluorocoatings,the fluororesin who works as the main film-forming material of fluorocoatings have been developed a variety of excellent performance of fluorocoatings in industrial production.Among them,FEVE resin can be divided into vinyl ester FEVE resin and vinyl ether FEVE resin according to the types of functional monomers.At present,the vinyl ether FEVE resin coating are very common at the domestic and foreign markets.Our work mainly studied polyester FEVE resin.By means of copolymerization modification and blending modification,solvent based single and two-component including trifluorochlor oethylene resin,organosilicone modified trifluorochloroethylene resin emulsion and fluoroacrylic resin-feve resin mixed resin with excellent properties were prepared.The trifluorochlor oethylene resin two-component solvent was prepared by using solution polymerization means.In this system,trifluorochlor oethylene,hydroxyl vinyl chloride butyl vinyl ether,vinyl acetate ethylene carbonate(AV),tertiary(AEOVA)worked as main monomers,the HDI trimer is choosen as crosslinking curing agent.When the AV and AEOVA mole ratio is 2:1,coating resin reached optimal performance.The hardness of the coating is 2H,the adhesion is grade 1,the water contact Angle is 89.77°,the flexibility is2 mm,and the corrosion resistance reached 469 h.The prepared fluoroacrylic resin mixed with FEVE resin in 1:9 mole ratio,5 wt%nonylp Henol polyoxyethylene ether(NPEO)was added and stirred for 1 hour at 50?.Then the composite resin with good stability is obtained.The hardness of fluoroacrylic resin-FEVE composite resin coating is 4H,adhesion reached level 0,water contact Angle is126.5°,flexibility reached 2mm.The mechanical properties of solvent-based two-component FEVE resin coating after mixing were improved significantly,so the blending of the two resins reached a positive synergistic effect.The emulsion polymerization preparation is used to obtain three fluoride vinyl chloride resin.Then the mass fraction of 3.5 ? 4% compound emulsifier(O-9: SDBS is 75:25)is adopted for resin emulsion.At last,good stability transparent blue emulsion is preapared.The resin emulsion coatings arrived H hardness,adhesion grade is 1,water contact Angle is 86 °,flexibility is 2 mm,salt water corrosion resistance reached 124 H.When the aqueous trifluorochloroethylene resin is prepared,5% vinyl triethoxysilane(V173)is added,and the silicon-modified fluororesin emulsion is blue and white in appearance.Meanwhile,the silicon-modified fluororesin emulsion showed good stability.Silicon modified fluororesin emulsion and HDI trimer were crosslinked to solidify to prepare the coating.The hardness of the coating is 2H,the adhesion level is 0,the flexibility is 2mm,and the corrosion resistance arrived 288 h.It can be seen from the comparison that the mechanical properties of fluororesin emulsion coating had been improved obviously after the modification of organosilicone.
