The growth rate of data generated by intelligent manufacturing workshops is accelerating,which has brought heavy pressure on the current mode of centrally storing,analyzing and processing data using the central cloud.Edge computing is designed to provide services such as data collection,storage,computing,and data processing near the edge of the network,which is closer to the device.As an important part of intelligent manufacturing workshop production and processing,CNC machine tools contain high industrial value in the daily data.To this end,this paper proposes a CNC machine tool edge service platform for intelligent manufacturing workshops.The specific research content is as follows:(1)On the basis of in-depth research on current technology,the overall architecture of the CNC machine tool edge service platform is designed from the platform architecture,platform functional structure and platform business process model,and the CNC machine tools used in the implementation of the platform framework are described.Adapt to key technologies such as data acquisition,edge calculation of CNC machine tool process data,OPC UA unified architecture,MQTT unified interface.(2)The data acquisition methods of several mainstream CNC systems are studied.Aiming at the problem of data redundancy caused by the traditional machine tool data acquisition at equal time intervals,the adaptive data acquisition methods based on univariate linear regression and the revolving door algorithm are studied.The applications of the two algorithms are compared and analyzed,and an adaptive data acquisition module for CNC machine tools is designed and implemented.(3)The edge computing technology of CNC machine tool process data is researched.The data processing method based on Apache Flink architecture is used to process the machine tool process data.For the real-time performance,fault diagnosis,OEE indicators,production progress and remaining work hours,tool status monitoring and other specific businesses Based on the calculation method analysis,the edge service database storage structure and the data uplink and downlink transmission schemes were designed,and the data message security design method based on AES symmetric encryption was proposed.(4)Research on unified interface technology.There are many types of CNC systems in intelligent manufacturing workshops,and the various communication protocols involved make it difficult to collect data uniformly.Through the integration of several mainstream CNC system equipment communication middleware and industry 4.0 standards-based Based on the research of OPC UA unified architecture,a unified interface module for data collection of CNC machine tools has been designed and implemented.For the unified interface of the Internet of Things,based on the MQTT application model,a unified interface module for the Internet of Things platform has been designed and implemented.(5)Designed and developed each module of the CNC machine tool edge service platform prototype system,and tested the feasibility of each function of the service platform based on Siemens,Frank,and HEIDENHAIN CNC machine tools in the intelligent manufacturing workshop of the college laboratory Finally,the integration and application in the MES system verified the validity of the research method in this paper.
