| The paper will make study on the upgrading and transformation of small five-axis table-top machine tool UCAR-DPCNC5 S,considering the changes and demands of teaching and training in five-axis CNC machining,should make analysis,evaluation,implementation and verification for each step by comparative analysis,optimization design,calculation verification,probability analysis and other methods.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1)To improve the movement travel,movement accuracy and positioning accuracy for the transformation of mechanical part,the paper will analyze the plan that taking a B-C double swing table to replace the A-C cradle double swing table,to significantly expand the axis travel;analyze related performances and optimize the electric spindle,ball linear guide pair,precision ball screw and other components,to improve the accuracy;design the automatic tool changer,to improve the processing efficiency.2)For the key point of upgrading,the upgrade of CNC system should base on comprehensive comparison between universal systems at home and aboard,considering economic requirements of the upgrade,optimally choose the domestic CNC system with excellent functions and high cost performance,optimize the servo motor by performance measurement,and optimize servo drive unit accordingly.3)Basing on the new CNC system and servo drive unit,interconnect the optimized units and the servo electrical system,complete the assembly,and then complete the PLC programming and the main parameters setting.4)Introduce “S” sample to test the optimized T-125 U.Use the T-125 U CNC machine tool to process the sample and the coordinate measuring machine to sample the data.Analyze the sampling data by probability method,and evaluate the processing performance of T-125 U. |
