"Intelligent manufacturing demonstration line technology" belongs to one of the CMC pre-research projects of installation and development.The demonstration application is realized by building a production line around the demonstration application of the hot-die forging production line for circular parts.Based on the actual situation of the hot die forging production line for ring parts,this paper conducts research on the optimization of production line scheduling and the development of Manufacturing Execution System based on the hot die forging production line.The purpose is to solve the production bottleneck of the production line,reduce the processing time and processing energy consumption,and to achieve the development of the system to control the production process of the production line.It is very important to improve the production efficiency of hot die forging for ring parts.The main contents of this paper are as follows:This paper analyzes the current production status of the hot die forging production line for ring parts,including product status,processing process,equipment,and processing status.And through the development of analysis software to analyze and calculate the production line processing time and processing energy consumption.Analyze the problems existing in the current production line,bottleneck point,etc.Through the analysis of the production line problems and bottlenecks,put forward improvement methods and solutions.The mathematical model of production line scheduling is established through the proposed improvement method and solution.Genetic algorithm is needed to solve the mathematical model.In order to make the algorithm faster and more accurate,the algorithm is improved.Combining with the improved genetic algorithm,the mathematical model of production line scheduling is established.Through the development of optimization software,the model and algorithm are incorporated,so that the whole optimization process can be widely used.Around hot die forging production line production process,the establishment of die forging line remote monitoring information management of MES,the main function modules of the MES include production management module,data management module and system setup module.
