Seamless steel tubes are the basis for the construction of many high-tech facilities,such as high-speed rail.And its rolling technology to master the level,innovation shows a factory,a country's strength.And the most critical technology is the mandrel limit.Whether the plant can limit the movement of the Mandrel Technology Innovation,promote the decision of the plant's seamless steel pipe pressing efficiency,quality can be improved.In continuous rolling,the mandrel control system is also a very important part of PQF.The Wall thickness accuracy,surface quality and machining efficiency all need the support of this system.The development of each technology is from innovation to maturity.Continuous Rolling Machine from the beginning of the two-roll continuous development,referred to as the development of MPM PQF.This subsystem is very important in the whole process.Accurate control of position,speed and Torque in the subsystem will directly affect the performance of the whole system and the product.According to the actual index demand,this paper designs the limited movement system to contain the following link.Transmission System,actuator,automatic control network,controller and configuration program.In this paper,the related control theory and torque theory are analyzed systematically,and the related electrical chart and Torque balance block diagram are drawn.At the same time,the corresponding torque control system and software flow chart are designed,and the program is completed.In this paper,the following research contents are explained.It includes parameter optimization setting,torque control and position control program and alarm program.The background of this paper is the actual project of 159 MMPQF production line in a steel plant.After the practical test,it is confirmed that the designed Mandril limiter system has been improved,and the desired effect can be achieved.Finally,after construction,installation and debugging,once again to improve the study..
