In recent years,with the development of “Chinese Manufacturing 2025”,the digital transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing industries has gradually become a powerful means for enterprises to enhance their own competitiveness.As an important part of the product life cycle management,digitizing the assembly process is very important to improve product assembly quality and assembly efficiency.It has become a non-negligible part of the company's digitalization and intelligence.This article takes the lead in the intelligent transformation of the assembly line of domestic leading agricultural machinery manufacturing companies,and takes the iron cross assembly line of heavy tractor as the research object,and carries out the key issues of product assembly process planning process,assembly process simulation,assembly process digitization and on-site assembly teaching.Research.The paper firstly analyzes the current process development process of new products,summarizes the urgent problems to be solved in the current process of process development,and points out the overall method framework and approach to solve the current problems.The Tecnomatix-based assembly line modeling method is given.The key technologies of assembly process simulation and optimization are studied.Using the iron cross assembly line as an example,the virtual assembly environment is constructed,and the assembly process simulation is performed for the key stations on the assembly line.Optimization provides the basis for the process personnel to plan and evaluate the assembly process.The dissertation developed a Tecnomatix-based assembly process editing and teaching system.The system edits in detail the process framework planned in the simulation software,forms a digital assembly process,and provides data sources for assembly site teaching.Finally,the article uses the simulation result of the iron cross assembly line as an example input to verify the design function of the development software and achieve the desired results.The research results have been tried out by enterprises.By simplifying the process design process,the assembly process document planning efficiency and process documentation quality have been effectively improved;the teaching module has effectively improved assembly efficiency and assembly quality,and saved the company's production costs.
