Intravascular embolization of cerebral aneurysms is one of the effective methods for treating intracranial aneurysms in recent years.It is widely used in neurosurgery interventions due to its low surgical risk and small trauma.Among them,the most important coil embolization structure is difficult to manufacture in China,and the processing technology is still unclear.Therefore,embolization surgery often chooses imported coils,which is expensive and difficult to popularize.The heat treatment process is the basis for the preparation of embolization coils.In this paper,the coils are used as the research object to determine the basic research route from coil winding to heat treatment experiments to performance verification.Finally,a suitable method for preparing basic embolization coils is obtained.The main research contents of the heat treatment process parameters are as follows:Determine the material and shape of the wound coil,and design multiple sets of primary coil dimensions based on the imported coil parameters and arterial vascular parameters.Perform a finite element analysis on the compliance of the imported spring coil and the designed size coil,and check the grid size independence and correlation,and obtain the first-grade coil winding parameters similar to the imported coil material,shape,size,and compliance.For the first time,the HNG Model 105 B Benchtop Medical Winder medical coil winding device was used to wind the coil.The tension of the platinum-tungsten alloy wire suitable for this size was measured through multiple experiments.The PLA material matching the size of the device was printed using 3D printing technology.For the spool,use the device programming language to edit the winding program according to the shape and size parameters of the spring coil,and perform the first-level coil winding.Determine the suitable temperature range of the coil heat treatment,import the three-dimensional model of the coil into DEFORM finite element analysis software,establish a platinum-tungsten alloy material file that does not exist in the DEFORM material library,define the heat transfer medium according to the basic theory of thermodynamics,and simulate the coil below 800 degrees Celsius Observe the changes in the volume of the high-temperature austenite phase structure within the heating process;design the heat treatment process plan and orthogonal test of the spring coil to group the heat treatment of the wound spring coil to study the effect of different heat treatment conditions on the setting effect of the spring coil.And use visual analysis and analysis of variance to comprehensively analyze the four conditions of quenching time,quenching temperature,tempering time,and tempering temperature,get the influence of each condition on the heat treatment effect of the spring coil,and summarize a more suitable heat treatment Process plan and parameters;according to the strength requirements of the cerebral aneurysm embolism coil push device,design strength experiments,respectively measure the deformation force and tensile strength of the three groups of spring coils after heat treatment by the process designed in this article,and verify the heat coil after heat treatment Push performance.
