| As one of the important pillar industries of national economic development,with the continuous development and progress of science and technology,the problems of China’s iron and steel enterprises,especially the backwardness of technology and inefficient management,have become more prominent,leading to a gradual decline in profits in the steel industry.In order to improve the efficiency of enterprises,aiming at the low level of enterprise logistics management,especially the low level of crane scheduling management,this paper studies the optimization of the steel crane scheduling management process in the context of the actual operation of a steel company in Hebei.According to the actual situation of the company’s current crane scheduling,the crane scheduling method is optimized,and the crane scheduling model conforming to the actual production of the enterprise is established to complete the shortest task time as the objective function of the model.In order to find out the better solution of the model efficiently,through the comparative analysis of the currently used and successful intelligent search algorithms,the cuckoo search algorithm is finally selected to optimize the model.In the process of solving the optimization problem of crane scheduling,in order to solve the collision problem between cranes,this paper uses the scheduling rule with task priority to solve the collision problem of crane.Manually assigning priorities can’t be considered by a combination of multiple factors.Therefore,this paper uses SVM algorithm to analyze and learn the data of the past task data and the factors affecting the priority of the task,and obtain the partition model of the priority of the crane task.For the SVM algorithm,there is a big difficulty in setting parameters.The cuckoo search algorithm is used to optimizing the SVM parameters.Combined with the actual data of the steel plant,it is proved that the cuckoo search algorithm optimizes SVM model can effectively solve the priority division problem of the crane task.Because the cuckoo search algorithm has many shortcomings in the process of optimizing the problem of crane scheduling,the cuckoo search algorithm is improved in three aspects,namely adaptive dynamic step,dynamic change discovery probability and mutation mechanism,and the algorithm is improved.The ability to optimize,the speed of convergence,etc.,can improve the accuracy of the solution and get a better solution of the problem more quickly.Finally,combined with the actual production data of theenterprise,the problem is verified and solved,and the effectiveness of the model and algorithm is verified by comparison with other solutions.Aiming at the problems of low informationization,insufficient management methods and untimely information update,the enterprise logistics management system is used to design and implement the inventory workshop crane scheduling subsystem,and the specific work related to the crane scheduling.The process,database table relationships,and functional modules are described and introduced in detail,and the core interface is demonstrated.Practice shows that the system can effectively improve the operational efficiency of the enterprise. |
