At present,the reimbursement system used by Tianjin Zhongfu International Group Co.,Ltd.is designed by professional system development companies in accordance with the requirements of enterprise accounting standards.The users of the system include not only the financial personnel of the system,but also the management personnel and business personnel of the company.The efficiency of the reimbursement system directly affects the operational efficiency of the enterprise and the effect of financial management.In the practice process,users often face some difficulties when using the current reimbursement system to complete tasks.For example,the operation is not easy to learn,and the operation of the learning system takes up too much time for the user;the process of completing the task is complicated,and the user will use it after use.It is easy to forget that it is very troublesome for re-operation;lack of operation prompts,causing users to repeat work,is not conducive to improving work efficiency.This paper studies the usability evaluation of Zhongfu International Group's reimbursement system from the perspective of system availability.This paper mainly does the following work: Firstly,it analyzes the relevant literature of usability research,summarizes the relevant indicators of usability evaluation from the literature and constructs the usability evaluation index system of Zhongfu International Group's reimbursement system,including system design,completion efficiency,fault tolerance mechanism,Easy to learn,easy to use,user satisfaction and other six aspects;secondly combined with the user's usability problems encountered in the actual use of the interview,and based on the interview results to improve the usability evaluation indicators,Finally,select some people from the group management personnel,financial personnel,and business people to conduct usability testing and conduct experimental analysis,and get the reimbursement of Zhongfu International Group.The system lacks in interface design,functional usability and emotional care and proposes improvements.In this paper,19 usability indicators are selected to evaluate the availability of the reimbursement system.The impact of emotional factors on usability evaluation is fully considered in the evaluation process.The exploration of this research method is a meaningful attempt for usability evaluation.This paper focuses on the availability and user experience of Zhongfu International Group's reimbursement system,and builds an evaluation index system to evaluate the system's usability and propose improvements.This has reference significance for improving the availability of Zhongfu International Group's reimbursement system.
