The large scale of road bridges in Tianjin is an important carrier for undertaking urban functions;once an emergency occurs,the social and economic impact is significant.Therefore,this paper starts from the spatial distribution characteristics of the highway bridge facilities in Tianjin and the distribution of potential hazard sources,and carries out research on the emergency emergency protection system for highway accidents in Tianjin,including the following contents:(1)Research on the spatial distribution characteristics of highway bridge facilities and potential hazard sources in Tianjin.It mainly analyzes the scale of road and bridge facilities,its own weak links(bridges),and analyzes from the earthquake,geological hazards,urban shackles,dangerous chemicals transportation,flammable and explosive goods storage and other dynamic hazard sources.The types of major hazards that may be faced by road bridges in Tianjin,and the types of road and bridge damage that these hazards may cause.(2)According to the type of damage that highway bridges may cause under sudden disasters,emergency response is designed from the aspects of road subsidence,road slope instability,collapse of small and medium-sized bridges,serious road water accumulation,blizzard road closure and bridge inclination.The plan is to provide technical support for post-disaster emergency rescue.(3)Provide protection for post-disaster relief,based on the research on disaster prevention division and key node grading,sort out the requirements for site selection of emergency rescue materials storage station,establish a site evaluation index system,give the index quantitative index criteria,and propose emergency materials.The mathematical model of the site selection and optimization of the site was verified and verified by specific cases,and the emergency rescue organization system was initially proposed.
