| In the context of the new era,Germany took the lead in launching a new round of industrial revolution "Industry 4.0".Subsequently,in the context of the scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation in China,it proposed the important strategic direction of "Made in China 2025",indicating that industrial manufacturing The trend towards "smart factories" and "smart manufacturing".The state has prioritized the automotive industry in key areas and fully established the important position of the development of the automotive industry in the entire national economy.Automobile manufacturing is mainly composed of four major processes: stamping,painting,welding,and final assembly.Among them,the welding process has a complex structure and obvious characteristics,which is a particularly important part of the four major processes.This paper studies the design and simulation analysis of the welding floor of the car rear floor frame,and completes the structural design,welding fixture design,path planning,and digital simulation of the production line.The main research contents are as follows:First,according to the characteristics of the rear floor skeleton of the car and the description of resistance spot welding,the design process of the welding station is summarized,and the size of the welding station layout is determined.Under the premise of basic research,the model functions of the spot welding robot and the welding system(including: welding torch,grinder,gripper rack and flexible slide table)are selected,and the safety and protection of the work station are also considered.The system is designed and so on.According to the layout,the welding fixture of the rear floor skeleton of the car is designed.The specific design process of the fixture is formulated,and the principle design of the fixture positioning mechanism and the clamping mechanism is carried out using the thin plate positioning theory,followed by a detailed analysis of the auxiliary mechanism and the supporting mechanism.The three-dimensional drawing software CATIA was used to carry out the digital simulation of the whole fixture,and the ANASY finite element analysis software and the ergonomic module in CATIA were used to verify the whole fixture.Secondly,a hybrid algorithm combining the search algorithm of beetle and genetic algorithm was used to plan the welding point path of the welding station of the rear floor skeleton of the car.The overall analysis of the shortest total welding path of the station is carried out,and the original TSP problem is summarized.Combined with the principle of the search algorithm of beetles and the mathematical model of the spot welding path,the Solve the path planning problem.In solving the problem of the beetle search algorithm in the welding path planning problem,we learned that in some cases the algorithm will have a problem of local optimal solution.Therefore,a hybrid optimization algorithm combining the beetles search algorithm and genetic algorithm was proposed.The crossover and mutation operations using the genetic algorithm are added to each layer of the italia search algorithm.Compared with the original algorithm after the improvement,the results show that the improved hybrid optimization algorithm combines the advantages of the two algorithms and can effectively jump out of the local optimal situation under the condition of fast convergence to get the most reasonable path.Finally,the digital simulation platform Tecnomamtix PDPS was used to simulate the actual situation of the entire rear floor skeleton welding station.Import the data of the station layout,equipment selection and fixture model in the earlier stage of this article;verify the welding path in the simulation environment.In order to avoid interference in the welding work,the attitude of the robot and the welding gun needs to be adjusted.Unified adjustment;analysis of the operating sequence(SOP)of the entire station to ensure the production balance of the rear floor skeleton welding station.Relevant research such as theory,design and simulation made in this paper can save time,reduce costs,improve efficiency and profit,and provide a reference for the construction of an overall welding line for enterprises. |
