| Taking Shangzhuang Coal Mine as the research object,on the basis of analyzing the geological mining conditions and combining with the current research situation at home and abroad,this paper determines the technical route and research contents of this study,analyzes the specific conditions of mines and surface buildings,analyzes the general situation of mines,the location and traffic of mines,stratigraphic structure,hydrogeological conditions,the characteristics of mining coal seams,and studies the observation data of surface moving subsidence,referring to the mining damage grade of buildings,and analyzes the feasibility and necessity of building mining in Shangzhuang Coal Mine.The main contents and main results of this study are as follows:(1)The probability integral method is used to calculate the surface moving zone,and the specific parameters of the surface moving zone are determined.The error caused by some simplification in the traditional probability integral method is eliminated,and the line integral on the boundary of the mining area is adopted to adapt to the different shapes of the working face.At the same time,the field measurement of surface movement is carried out,and the calculation results are compared with the actual observation structure to further verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis.(2)Comparing 507,509 working face total mining plan and 507,509 work face limit plan,it is determined that 507,509 working face suitable under construction mining plan is the limit thickness mining plan,the limit thickness mining plan minimum mining height is 2.3 m,the working face is arranged along the coal seam floor.The 507.509 working face adopts the long wall backward comprehensive mechanized coal mining method,all the caving methods manage the roof,and the mining sequence of the working face is carried out in turn according to 507 and 509 working faces.(3)According to the specific situation of mining in 507 and 509 working faces of Shangzhuang Coal Mine,and through analogy analysis,and compared with the actual surface movement law,the surface subsidence coefficient of 507 and 509 working faces is determined to be 0.5~0.52.according to the objective conditions of the surface buildings and the current situation of damage affected by mining,it is determined that the mining damage grade of the building in huawu brake factory area does not exceed II grade,and the mining damage grade of yangxi village after mining at 507,509 working face does not exceed I grade.(4)The design and observation scheme of the surface moving observation station is determined,and the influence law of various factors on the moving process is determined,so as to provide the basis for the rational design of coal mining under the building(construction),reduce the surface influence caused by mining,and reduce the resource loss of coal mining.The observation work is divided into connection measurement,comprehensive observation and daily observation.The damaged building should be repaired and strengthened as soon as possible to ensure that there are no safety accidents.At the same time,it is necessary to strengthen the investigation and prevention of other geological disasters such as karst in the mining affected area,and to do a good job of relevant protective measures for geological disasters such as karst collapse in advance.There are 30 pictures,23 tables and 71 references in this article. |
