With the increasingly fierce global economy,domestic small enterprises are developing rapidly and the market competition is increasingly fierce.If small enterprises want to gain a competitive advantage in a big market,it is very important to pay attention to the management of enterprise performance,so as to continuously improve the overall efficiency and performance of enterprises.In China and even the world,in the face of various case practices,we can easily conclude that a set of excellent performance management system is the most direct channel to increase the performance of enterprises.Based on the different nature of small enterprises,the construction of a set of performance management system in line with the company's own development,has become the most important strategic development of the enterprise in the future.This paper mainly aims at the immature and unscientific performance management system of small enterprises,and summarizes the problems existing in the implementation of performance management system of small enterprises in China.This study takes SH company as an example.As a small steel parts manufacturing enterprise,the performance management concept is also in the empty stage at present.This paper consists of six chapters,with theoretical research,raising problems,analyzing problems,researching problems and solving problems as the clues.The first chapter mainly points out the background and significance of the research,determines the objectives and contents of the research,and finds out the innovation points and deficiencies in the research.The second chapter,on the basis of determining the research content,carefully reads and studies the literature of performance management at home and abroad,and then summarizes and analyzes the theoretical knowledge of performance management,so as to form a set of theoretical framework conforming to the performance management system of small enterprises from four links.Chapter three summarizes the current performance management problems of small enterprises,introduces and sorts out the current situation and process of SH company's current performance management system in four links,and compares the current situation with the theory to get the existing problems.In chapter 4,based on the practical problems of SH company analyzed in chapter 3,the dimensions were determined through strategic orientation and balanced scorecard.With KPI as the core theoretical tool,the four links of performance management were constructed and designed to finally form a complete performance management system in line with SH company.The fifth chapter puts forward some safeguard measures to assist the smooth implementation of the system on the basis of the performance management system.Chapter six is a summary of this study.The author hopes that the research can provide guidance and help for SH company's performance management,as well as provide reference and reference for other small enterprises.
