Research On Optimization Design Of L Company's Overall Budget Management Process Under ERP Environment

With the rapid development of social economy,the enterprise began to pursue the informationization,intellectualized management model,and the progress of science and technology open a new situation for enterprise comprehensive budget management work provides a possible,in order to more reasonable scientific configuration of enterprise resources,will dock with the comprehensive budget management in ERP system integration is to adapt to the modern enterprise development and the informationization,intellectualized management mode of the construction of the results.Based on reading of literature at home and abroad in detail introduced the ERP management system and the concept of comprehensive budget management,set the research object to L company comprehensive budget management,the management organization structure,the selected methods of budgeting and budgeting process and so on carries on the analysis,found the company comprehensive budget management work after enabling the ERP system has obtained the certain effect,but because the company ERP system time is not long,in the fusion process still exist many problems,and further discussed based on the ERP system,the feasibility and necessity of carrying out comprehensive budget management work,Finally,the optimization design scheme for the company's overall budget management process is proposed.Through research and analysis,this paper has drawn the following conclusions:First,after L company launched ERP system to assist comprehensive budget management,it found that the overall budget management efficiency was greatly improved,which strengthened the implementation and control effect of budget,and the overall cost and expense of the company was effectively controlled.Second,the paper L company comprehensive budget management in ERP environment process link found in the study of the push specific problems that exist in the process,including the company pay attention to short-term budget target,selection of unreasonable way of budgeting,budget implementation process of supervision is not strong,budget adjustment mechanism is not perfect,the unreasonable budget objective five aspects.Thirdly,this paper analyzes and discusses the necessity and feasibility of the optimization of L company's comprehensive budget management business process under the ERP environment,and holds that only the integration of comprehensive budget management and ERP system can bring its management concept into full play.Fourth,according to L company comprehensive budget management of these problems,this paper expounds the process optimization design train of thought and framework of ERP environment,put forward according to the budget target,establishment,implementation,adjustment and evaluation of processes to optimize design,and design the optimization method of organization system and the system specification to be the security of the budget implementation process optimization,to deepen the integration of ERP system and the comprehensive budget management system,comprehensive budget management in the true sense control analysis function,is advantageous to the company overall budget goals and corporate strategy development goals.Based on the above conclusions,this paper provides some theoretical support and experience for strengthening the deep integration of ERP system and enterprise comprehensive budget management.
