The bearing ring is an important component of the bearing.In order to improve the performance of the bearing,the bearing ring is generally forged.At present,most enterprises in China rely on the traditional manual production mode for bearing ring blank forging.There are many problems in this production mode,such as poor labor environment,poor quality stability of forgings,low automation and informationization,etc.With the support of the horizontal project of the enterprise,the research and design of the bearing ring automatic forging production line is carried out.The main research work is as follows:(1)By analyzing the advanced technical equipment at home and abroad in the bearing ring forging,based on the existing production conditions of the enterprise,Developed the technical scheme of the bearing ring forging automatic production line feeding system of "Stepper beam with linear pallet moving mechanism + workpiece exchange robot".Constructed a system layout that is adaptable to different situations.The design and motion simulation analysis of the actuators such as the traverse feed mechanism,the coordinate manipulator,and the multi-degree-of-freedom manipulator claw were completed.(2)According to the overall control requirements of the bearing ring automatic forging production line,the automatic forging operation flow is analyzed.On this basis,the logic control function and motion control function of each actuator of the system are analyzed.The control system is built and developed based on ARM embedded controller.Through the logic control function of the embedded control system,the coordinated control of the forging press,the spinning machine and the manipulator is realized.Motion control of stepper beam with linear pallet motion mechanism and workpiece exchange robot through its motion control function.(3)According to the needs of production line data management and interaction,Based on the ARM Cortex-A8 embedded hardware platform,the host computer system software was developed through QT software.System information collection,system online monitoring,production data remote storage and interaction are realized.(4)In order to realize the intelligentization and informationization of the production line system,a production information sharing platform based on SQL database is constructed.Realize cross-platform interaction of production data on ARM embedded systems by developing applications and database form;The production data is shared by establishing a Tomcat server,and the remote information analysis is completed based on the web application page design.Suitable for the digitization and networking needs of system production information.On the basis of the above research and development,the motion and process simulation of the mechanical body of the automatic feeding system is simulated by the virtual analysis method;The feasibility of the system and the correctness of the control system software are verified by constructing the control system and simulation experiments.The research plan fully takes into account the use of existing forging equipment in the enterprise.The stepper beam linear pallet moving mechanism realizes rapid movement of the workpiece at a large distance.The two-handed claw exchange robot realizes a smooth and rapid exchange of workpieces.It can meet the automation and information requirements of the bearing ring forging production line.The research method also has reference value for the development of other automation and intelligent production lines. |
