In the production of aluminium alloy sheet and strip,the trimming process is usually added to make the two sides of the strip reach the production requirements of the next rolling,cleaning,stretching and straightening process,without cracks,tearing,sandwich,burrs and bright spots.For example,when cutting PS board,there are very strict requirements for the edge burrs.Excessive burrs will pull the surface of PS board and reduce the printing quality.Cutting disc shear is one of the most important equipment in the finishing production line of aluminium alloy strip products,such as cross shear,longitudinal shear,rewinding,stretch bending and straightening.The design of trimmed disc shear is closely related to the thickness of strip.The thicker the strip,the easier the quality of trimmed edge is to be guaranteed.The thinner the strip,the higher the design and manufacturing requirements of the disc shear.The assembly and adjustment requirements of the upper and lower cutter discs are very strict.Therefore,in addition to the high manufacturing accuracy of the equipment,higher requirements are put forward for the structural design of the cutter shaft.The mechanical structure design of disc shear has been constantly updated at home and abroad,and the structure of disc shear has been constantly improved and adjusted.According to the main parameters of disc shear,the shearing effect of disc shear,blade breaking,excessive burr after cutting and wave shape of strip edge are improved to improve production efficiency.However,due to the consideration of cost and processing accuracy,it is still unavoidable to imitate foreign products,but it has been developing towards the direction of humanized operation and maintenance.The main reasons are that the design concept,manufacturing and adjustment precision of domestic disc shears are poor,the automation level is low,the shearing speed is low and the quality of cutting edge is difficult to meet the requirements.The quality of trimming is directly related to the speed of rolling and the quality of finished products.The key factor that decides the quality of trimming is the accuracy of mechanical equipment and the performance of cutting tools.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the design and selection of mechanical structure of disc shear and cutting tools for aluminium strip trimming.Based on shear theory and shear defect reasons,the influence of equipment accuracy on process parameters is analyzed in the process of equipment maintenance.It is considered that restoring and improving the rigidity and rotation accuracy of tool shaft to a certain degree of accuracy,bearing selection and installation accuracy and reasonable lubrication are the prerequisites of high quality shear.How to realize the accuracy stability of the equipment is discussed in order to reach the level of imported trimmer.At the same time,the maintenance process of a longitudinal scissors shaft is analyzed and discussed in depth,and a set of maintenance guidance methods is put forward.
