Under the guidance and promotion of "Industry 4.0" and "Made in China 2025”,steel production is gradually transforming its direction to intelligence,efficiency and low harmful emission.It is a universal trend to combine informatization with industrialization to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.The problem of pre-ironing ingredient is to plan reasonable schemes according to production targets,process constraints and inventory requirements.The optimization and implementation of pre-ironing ingredient process,will help enterprises to improve efficiency,reduce costs and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.In order to optimize the problem of pre-ironing ingredient,the thesis firstly analyzes and summarizes the research results in the related fields of this issue,and then the following research work is carried out based on the literature review:1)For the problem of coking coal blending,with the aim of minimal coal blending cost,the ratios of existing raw materials are decision variables.A linear programming model is established based on the coking coal blending production process,the coke quality required for ironmaking,inventory and so on.The model is optimized and used for actual on-site production,and good optimization results have been acquired.2)For the problem of sintering ingredient,modelling and optimization are carried out according to the relationship between sintering process as well raw material ratios and sinter performance.Firstly,a linear optimization model that satisfies the quality of sinter required for blast furnace ironmaking and has the lowest cost is set up.Secondly,a nonlinear optimization model aiming at precisely controlling the chemical compositions of TFe and SiO2 in sinter is built according to the high precision requirements of sinter ironmaking on the chemical composition of sinter.Applying the model to actual production,accurate batching solutions can be efficiently obtained.3)For the problem of ironmaking ingredient,a linear optimization model with the goal of minimizing the total cost of raw materials and meeting the constraints of TFe element balance,slag basicity,slag chemical composition content,and the content of other elements in molten iron is established.Secondly,a multi-objective optimization model,which minimizes the cost and CO2 emission,is established.A set of Pareto optimal solution sets is obtained by NSGA-? algorithm,which guides the on-site batching personnel to carry through efficient batching planning.4)Based on the exploration of the optimizations of the pre-ironing ingredient,a pre-ironing ingredient optimization system is developed.The system can improve the efficiency of ingredient planning and reduce production cost.Based on the exploration of the optimizations of the pre-ironing ingredient,a pre-ironing ingredient optimization system is developed.The system can improve the efficiency of ingredient planning and reduce production cost.
