| The volume measurement of the material pile is widely used in resource-based enterprises.At present,the inventory measurement of the volume of the pile is an important part of the major resource-based enterprises.Accurate measurement and calculation is related to the long-term development and economic performance indicators of the enterprise.With the development of computer technology,the way of 3D laser scanning technology to obtain the volume of the pile has become one of the hot issues in the volume measurement of the metallurgical material yard.After analyzing the possible problems in the key technology of pile volume measurement,this paper proposes a method based on Crust algorithm to establish the pile model based on the characteristics of the pile,and analyzes the optimized pile volume measurement on the established pile model.The measured volume error of the pile is more reasonable and the volume calculation result is more accurate.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:firstly,the overall analysis of the three-dimensional model to establish the advantages and disadvantages,the optimization of the Crust algorithm to build the material pile model,and the optimization of the material volume calculation model based on the established material surface model characteristics,and finally The material volume measurement system was designed and verified by experimental simulation.The specific content is:First of all,the Crust algorithm,the concept of material pile measurement and related knowledge were systematically studied,and the shortcomings of the technology were analyzed.The method of collecting and pre-processing the cloud data of the material pile is studied.According to the collected cloud data of the material pile,the noise filtering,streamlining,data interpolation processing and other operations are performed,so that the data can be used in the written MATLAB code.In order to realize the research and simulation of the optimization of the volume measurement of the pile in the later stage.Secondly,the traditional 3D reconstruction method is studied,and the Crust algorithm has some shortcomings in the establishment of 3D model.After analysis,the method of extracting the external curved surface and the annular region is used to deal with the incompatible parts of the surface and the existing voids,and the shortage of the pile model is processed.According to the design,using MATLAB to write Crust to build the stockpile model code,the material pile surface model is established.Finally,on the basis of establishing a three-dimensional reconstruction model of the material pile,according to the characteristics of the Crust algorithm model,a design is proposed to establish the bounding box to narrow the detection range in the projection algorithm,and realize the intersection of the projection triangles in the bounding box..The calculation of the grid volume is implemented in a designed manner and finally applied to the measurement of the pile volume.And for the content of the research,the material volume measurement system is designed,and the simulation experiment is used to prove the results of the model establishment research optimization.To a certain extent,this subject has realized the deficiency of optimizing the volume measurement of the pile,and improved the accuracy of the volume measurement.By simulating the experimental test in the laboratory,the result meets the requirements of the measurement accuracy of the pile. |
