Because of the change of climate and the reduction of fossil fuels,the development of new energy sources is imminent.At present,the main energy storage systems are supercapacitors and batteries.However,the shortcomings of batteries such as low power density and unfriendly environment limit the long-term development of batteries.Supercapacitors have superior power density,lower cost and better environmental stability than batteries,and have been widely valued by the society.The demand for portability and foldability of electronic products requires better flexibility of supercapacitors.Hence,it is very important to select and design appropriate active electrode materials and flexible substrates reasonably.In this paper,a flexible composite electrode material with high performance was prepared by using acidified carbon cloth as a flexible substrate,and the synthesis process,electrochemical and mechanical properties of the composite were studied.The reduced graphene oxide/carbon cloth(RGO/CC)composite electrode material was prepared by the hydrothermal reduction method.Further,the synthesis process of the RGO/CC composite material was optimized by adjusting the hydrothermal reduction temperature.The results showed that the RGO/CC composite material with the best electrochemical performance could be obtained when the hydrothermal temperature was 180?and the reduction duration was 6 h.And the specific capacitance of the RGO/CC composite material was 1172.9 m F cm-2at a current density of 1 m A cm-2in the 1 M H2SO4 electrolyte solution.In addition,the RGO/CC composite material showed a good cycling stability that remaining 87.3%of the initial capacitance after even 1000 cycles.Simultaneously,the flexibility of the composite material is relatively excellent,which can achieve large angle bending.On the basis of the RGO/CC composite electrode matetrial,the polyaniline/reduced graphene oxide/carbon cloth(PANI/RGO/CC)composite electrode material was prepared by in-situ chemical oxidation method.PANI/RGO/CC composite material with the best performance was selected by adjusting the reaction time of PANI.The specific capacitance of the electrode at a current density of 1 m A cm-2 is 3013.48 m F cm-2.When the current density was 1 m A cm-2,the specific capacitance of the composite material was 3013.48 m F cm-2.The electrode material also performed well in terms of cycle stability,with a capacitance retention of 85.5%after 1000 cycles.In addition,the tensile strength of the PANI/RGO/CC composite material was 5.3 MPa,and the electrochemical performance of PANI/RGO/CC composites does not significantly decrease under the condition of loading heavy objects or maintaining large angle bending,showing relatively excellent mechanical properties.
