Production scheduling plays an irreplaceable role in the manufacturing system and is an important part of production management.The correct scheduling scheme makes the production system can operate at higher efficiency,make the production plan to be implemented more effectively,improve the production efficiency of resource use,production line balance rate higher,reduce WIP inventory,thereby reducing the share of funds.In the system,the machining time and other uncertain factors will have a great impact on the production scheduling.Study on the uncertainty of operating system under the condition of production scheduling problem to improve the production efficiency of enterprises,shorten the production cycle,reduce production costs,to a certain extent to ensure the enterprise order agreement rate has important significance.This paper studies the production scheduling problem of machining assembly system.Firstly,the characteristics of processing and assembly production system are analyzed.On this basis,the production scheduling model of machining assembly system with uncertain processing time is constructed.In this model,the completion time and the penalty function of the assembly process are added to the objective function.The uncertain factors are determined by the fuzzy theory and the improved particle swarm algorithm is used to solve the model.algorithm design.Then,taking into account the uncertainties of the machining time and assembly time,the production scheduling model of the production system with uncertain processing time and assembly time is constructed by using the assembly time as the variable processing model on the basis of the previous production scheduling model.The uncertain factors are determined by fuzzy theory,and the genetic algorithm is used to design the algorithm.Finally,according to the actual production of the background enterprises,the production line of the QR engine is taken as an example to analyze the process flow of the processing line and the assembly line.Using the mathematical model,according to the algorithm design,the assembly line and the processing line optimization result,the result is better than the company’s current use of the scheduling program.In order to solve the problem of production scheduling in manufacturing and assembly system,the paper considers the uncertainties of processing and assembly time,and builds the model and applies it to production.This not only enriches the theoretical system of production scheduling problem,but also has certain practical application value. |
