With the progress of the times and the continuous improvement of the industrial level,people have higher and higher requirements for products,and thus higher and higher requirements on the accuracy of parts.Therefore,the processing defects on the parts must be removed.The processing defects mainly include burrs,Carbon deposits,oxide scales and tumors and other substances.In order to remove processing defects,various industries have developed various processing methods.The magnetic needle magnetic grinding process is also one of them.It belongs to the special processing technology.It mainly uses the small magnets driven by the magnetic field to make violent collisions on the surface of the workpiece,so as to realize the finishing of the surface of the workpiece.Compared with the traditional grinding process,it has obvious processing advantages,mainly because it has good flexibility and adaptability in the processing process,and can be used for small parts of various materials,complex outer surfaces and complex cavities.Finish the inner surface.However,it has always been difficult for the processing of magnetic materials.Therefore,the research on magnetic conductive parts is extremely necessary.The vibration-assisted grinding technology by magnetic needle is used in this reserach.The main research object is the inner wall weld of the welded pipe,which is divided into the magnetic type and the non-magnetic type.The equipment used is a vibrating magnetic grinder.After a large number of experiments,the experimental data is analyzed,discussed and optimized.Furthermore,the grinding mechanism of The vibration-assisted grinding technology by magnetic needle is discussed and analyzed in depth.The research on the weld on the inner wall of the welded pipe specifically includes the following aspects:(1)In-depth research on the mechanism of vibration-assisted magnetic needle magnetic grinding technology,which is mainly an upgrade of magnetic needle magnetic grinding technology.The jumping movement of the magnetic needle is enhanced to enhance the grinding effect of the magnetic needle.First,analyze the force of the magnetic needle,and then analyze the movement.Due to the high speed of the magnetic needle during operation,it is extremely difficult to analyze the movement of the magnetic needle.A high-speed camera is used to photograph the movement of the magnetic needle,so that the movement of the magnetic needle can be visualized.Then use Adobe Premiere to decompose the magnetic needle movement video and convert it into continuous pictures.You can intuitively see the movement trend and trajectory of the magnetic needle.According to the movement state of the magnetic needle in the continuous picture,the force analysis is demonstrated,and the vibration assisted magnetic needle is obtained.Mechanism of magnetic grinding technology.(2)Investigate and analyze the influencing factors of the processing effect of The vibration-assisted grinding technology by magnetic needle,including the type of magnetic needle,the influence of temperature,the influence of grinding fluid,the processing time and the material of the workpiece.Use experiments to explore the influence of various factors.Respectively,there are the comparison of changing the magnetic needle type under the same conditions of other factors,the change of the magnetic field intensity under the temperature change,and the influence of the change of the grinding fluid.Use ANSYS Maxwell software to visualize the magnetic field force of the magnetic needle under different material workpieces,and reveal the influence of the workpiece material on the grinding effect.(3)The vibration-assisted grinding technology by magnetic needle is used to smooth the inner walls of the magnetic and non-magnetic welded pipes,which further proves the processing effect of the technology on the magnetic workpieces.Finally,the experimental parameters were further optimized.
