The ferris wheel was born in the UK,along with the progress of industry and information,there is worldwide After years of development,the traditional wheel have been unable to meet people's needs and aesthetic,the various countries the ferris wheel on the shape and appearance of continuous innovation,ferris wheel in the large span steel structure equipment has been occupies an important position in the industry of amusement facilities,and even a regional landmark landscape So its safety is particularly important when the design not only consider the general performance of high-rise structure,still need to analyze the stress and strain under normal operation,so in statics and dynamics analysis on ferris wheel.In this paper,the 49 m high box girder shaftless ferris wheel of Jiaxing City is taken as the research object.It is characterized by novel structure,ring shape and complex force.The content of this paper is mainly the finite element analysis of the ferris wheel with multiple loads and multiple working conditions,stability performance,temperature effect and seismic response.Built based on the ANSYS finite element analysis software platform,jiaxing finite element model of box girder type without shaft wheel set and carries on the reasonable combination of parameters under various working conditions,boundary conditions in the finite element model is designed in this paper Under the static analysis module,it is concluded that the stress and deformation Then stability analysis was carried out on the ferris wheel,by comparing the relevant provisions,determine the stability research of steel structure temperature effect on the ferris wheel and the influence of temperature load simulation,through the deformation nephogram and stress nephogram analyzed the effect of deformation temperature of stress on the influence of the temperature of closed,select the best closed temperature Finally,the response analysis of earthquake to ferris wheel is studied.The spectral analysis method is used to conduct modal analysis first to obtain its vibration characteristics,such as vibration shape,frequency parameters,etc.Then,the modal results are linked to the response spectrum analysis module to obtain the force and deformation.This article mainly research strength and deformation of the box girder type without shaft wheel,product safety and performance can meet the requirements of enterprises and users The current domestic research on box girder type without shaft wheel is less,in this paper,the research direction and thinking for the follow-up of the same type of product development and design to provide more accurate reference basis,have important significance in the theoretical research and practical development.
