Grape seeds are rich in proanthocyanidins,proteins,vitamins and fats and other beneficial substances.Traditional oil pressing technology directly with shell pressing,low oil yield and poor oil quality,affecting its further development and utilization.Therefore,the new technology of grape seed hulling and oil pressing is very concerned.Among them,the research of shell separation and separation technology has become the key of the new technology.In this paper,on the basis of studying the characteristics of grape seed material,the basic principle of grape seed cracking was analyzed,and the breaking principle was selected through the breaking method test,and the performance test of the breaking machine was carried out.The separation principle was selected through the separation method test,and the performance test of the separator was carried out.The sorting principle is selected through the sorting method test,and the performance test of the sorting machine is carried out.Through the performance test,the optimum parameters of grape seed husk separation were obtained.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)The water content,1000-grain weight,three-dimensional structure size,kernel content and other basic material characteristics of grape seeds were studied.The shell,wood interlayer and kernel of grape seeds were observed by scanning electron microscope,and the microstructure of grape seeds was studied.At the same time,the universal test bench was used to analyze the mechanical properties of grape seeds to provide theoretical support for the subsequent method tests.(2)According to the shell breaking method test,it was finally determined that the double-roll sheller had a good effect on grape seed shattering.Using the Box-Benhnken central combination test in Desk-Expert,a three-factor and three-level test was designed to optimize the shell breaking conditions,and the moisture content of grape seed was 16%,and the double-roll clearance was 1.6mm.Under the feeding rate of 180kg/h,the crack rate was 63.01%,and the powder rate was 8.05%.(3)according to the separation method of test,and ultimately determine the method of separation of vibration and knead for eggs shell and kernel of grape seeds has good separation effect of 3 factors 3 levels test optimized the separation conditions,has been breaking in grape seed moisture content of 16%,the vibration frequency in 24 hz,rubbing times in four cases,the separation rate at 60.31%.(4)according to the sorting method to test,and ultimately determine the color selection method for shell kernel mixture has good shell kernel separation effect,separation condition was optimized by using 3 factors 3 levels test,obtained the shell and the kernel mixture 12 kg/h in feed rate,sensitivity in 71,the particle size in 18 eyes,test to get the kernel contains shell rate at 9.45%,shell contains the kernel rate at 6.75%.
