In order to solve the problem of low ore recovery in sublevel caving without sill pillar,the inserts drawing technique is put forward according to the flow characteristics of ore and rock in bulk of medium-thick inclined ore body.The effect of inserts drawing technique experiment is studied through indoor similar simulation test.The main research is work as follows:(1)Based on the flow characteristics of bulk material and the effect of inserts,the function in silo powder flow research is introduced into the ore drawing process.The experimental study on inserts drawing has been carried out.The technology of inserts drawing is equipped with inserts in the mining roadway.Change the flow of waste rock by controlling the inserts to reduce the early mixing of waste rock.(2)The optimal ore drawing experiment of the inserts drawing technology was carried out.Based on the action of the inserts at the position of the ore drawing mouth,6 types of ore drawing sequence experiments were taken.The results showed that the ore recovery effect was the best when the drawing method was "upper right and left".(3)In order to further illustrate the feasibility of inserts drawing technology.Under the conditions of the ore body inclination angle of45~50° and the ore body section height of 10~14m,it was compared with the conventional cut-off grade ore drawing experiment.The results showed that the inserts drawing technology is better than conventional drawing under different conditions,and the ore recovery rate can be increased by 20% to 30%.(4)The reasons for the loss and dilution of the inserts drawing technology were studied,and the influence of different ore body inclination angles and section heights on the recovery rate and dilution rate of ore was analyzed.The results show that with the increase of the inclination of the ore body and the increase of the section height,the ore recovery rate of inserts drawing technology can be improved. |
