Abstract/Summary:
Korla Fragrant Pear and apricot are famous characteristic fruits in Xinjiang and are deeply loved by consumers.However,as a typical respiratory jump fruit,there will be some phenomena such as yellow peel color,pulp softening and decay during storage,transportation and sale,which seriously affect the appearance and shelf life of the fruit.In addition,Xinjiang is far away from the mainland consumer market,long-distance transportation brings great challenges to the commercial storage and transportation of fruits.E-commerce logistics has become one of the main ways of fruit export in Xinjiang.Therefore,logistics packaging materials is the key to ensure the quality of fruit in e-commerce sales process.As a safe and environmentalfriendly physical packaging degradation material,BioSuee film plays an important role in the preservation of postharvest fruits and reduction of environmental pollution.Therefore,in order to study the application of BioSuee film in the quality control of postharvest fruits,Korla Fragrant Pear and fresh apricot(Xiaobai apricot,Saimiti apricot and Li Guangxing)were used as experimental materials,the effects of different BioSuee films(B1,B2,B3)on the quality of Korla Fragrant Pear in shelf-life were studied under the shelftemperature of 18 ~ 20 °C The effects of BioSuee film(T1)and BioSuee film(T1)combined with microporous crystalline silicate(T2)packaging on storage and transportation quality of fresh apricot were studied.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The effects of BioSuee film on the shelf-life quality of Korla Fragrant Pear were analyzed.BioSuee film with different thickness and material could keep the shelf-life quality of fragrant pear fruit,and the effects of B1,B2 and B3 groups were slightly different.Group B2 had a significant effect on inhibiting the yellowing of pericarp,softening and decay of pulp,delaying the decrease of fruit firmness,soluble solids,titratable acid and vitamin C.(2)The inhibitory effects of BioSuee film and silicate on postharvest fruit color of fresh apricot were studied.there were differences in the content of fresh apricot pigment in different varieties and different parts,and T1 and T2 groups could delay the color transformation rate of fresh apricot.Compared with T1 group,T2 group delayed and decreased the peak value of fresh apricot ethylene,delayed the degradation of chlorophyll in peel and pulp,and inhibited the accumulation of carotenoids,flavonoids,total phenols and anthocyanins.(3)The application of BioSuee film and silicate in the storage of fresh apricot was carried out.there are some differences in the storage and transportation properties of different varieties of fresh apricot,and the structures such as stratum corneum,epidermal cell layer and pulp cell arrangement of fruit are closely related to the storage and transportation resistance of fruit.Compared with CK and T1 group,T2 group effectively inhibited the increase of respiratory intensity,decay rate,weight loss rate,cell membrane permeability and SSC,and delayed the decrease of hardness and TA content of fresh apricot.The microstructure observation of paraffin section showed that T2 group kept the integrity of pericarp,pulp and other tissue structure.
