China is a major producer and seller of mussel products in the world.At present,the thick-shell mussel products in China are mainly the preliminary processing products.As the living standards improved,people focus on the taste and nutrition of mussels,which makes the demand for fresh mussels in the market rapidly increase.However,the human processing is still mainly method of fresh mussel meat in China,which is far from meeting the demand of fresh thick shell mussel in the market.Therefore,it is increasingly urgent to design and manufacture an automatic production line of thick shell mussel.Among them,the directional arrangement is an important process of production and processing.The development of thick shell mussel directional arrangement device can lay a foundation for the design of automatic production line of thick-shell mussel,and promote the development of thick-shell mussel industry in China.The wild thick shell mussels with the length range of 90mm-110 mm were selected as the experimental object.It was based on the research status that aquatic products directional arrangement and the mechanical and physical properties of mussels,a mechanical vibration method was proposed to realize the directional arrangement of the mussel.The external dimension parameters of mussel samples were collected,and the barycenter position of mussels were obtained by using the three-point force measurement method.At the same time,the 3D model samples of mussels were obtained by combining 3D laser scanner and Geo-Magic Wrap software,and the surface contour features of mussels were constructed to provide model support for the subsequent analysis.Through comparative analysis of different vibration forms,it was determined to be biaxial linear inertial vibration that the vibration form of the directional arrangement head and tail.They were analyzed by mechanical and dynamic methods that the head and tail directional arrangement abdomen and dorsal directional arrangement of the mussel,they were obtained the key factors,which affected the head and tail directional arrangement,abdomen and dorsal directional arrangement of the mussel.According to the orientation process of thick shell mussel,a directional arrangement device of thick shell mussel is designed,which is divided into head and tail directional arrangement device and abdomen and back directional arrangement device.The head and tail directional device is mainly composed of vibrating table,gradual change exit,vibration motor,front and rear support rod and vibration damping device;The directional device is mainly composed of gradient slide ramp and linear motor.In order to ensure the rationality and scientific design of the directional arrangement device of thick shell mussel,they were carried out to ensure the reliability of the parts that the key parts of the directional arrangement device were stress analysis;At the same time,they were carried out to avoid the damage caused by the resonance frequency to the whole device that the head and tail directional arrangement device and the abdomen and back directional arrangement device of the thick shell mussel were modal analysis.They were verified that the factors affecting the directional arrangement of the mussel,and the optimal combination of parameters was obtained.An exploratory test was carried out on the prototype of the directional arrangement device designed and manufactured by the thick shell mussel.The control variable method was used to conduct experimental research on each influencing factor one by one,and the optimal parameter combination of the head and tail orientation were obtained.In the meantime,through multiple groups of thick-shell mussel turnover experiments,the feasibility of thick-shell mussel abdominal and dorsal orientation was verified,and the optimal influencing parameters were obtained in the process of abdominal and dorsal orientation. |
