In the new stage of the vigorous development of digital workshop and information technology,the injection molding industry,like most industries,is also facing the challenge of survival.To carry out the necessary enterprise management reform is the basis of the transformation of injection molding enterprises in the information age.The establishment of enterprise resource planning(ERP)system is helpful to make the business process more standardized and efficient,improve the response speed to the market,and provide decision support for enterprise managers.In this paper,the injection molding plant as the research object,through in-depth field research and demand analysis,found the main problems of the factory at this stage:(1)the lack of data sharing platform caused by the lag of production information;(2)the lack of real-time control of the production process led to production scheduling difficulties;(3)the quality inspection data can't be obtained and stored in real time,resulting in the difficulty of quality management(4)it is difficult to collect equipment data.According to the actual problems and needs of the factory,this paper designs an ERP system based on spring boot framework.The system is divided into decisionmaking layer,planning layer,execution layer and process control layer.Its functional modules mainly include seven management modules: production,planning,process design,system maintenance,warehousing,quality and sales.According to the functional requirements of each module,the entity contact diagram(E-R diagram)and database table of each module are designed,and then the business functions of each module are realized.Based on ant colony algorithm,this paper proposes an automatic manufacturing process data acquisition algorithm.The test results show that the efficiency of the algorithm is significantly higher than that of the traditional ant colony algorithm,which improves the scheduling difficulties caused by many processes and parallel equipment,reduces the idle time of equipment,and improves the production efficiency.After detailed testing,the system has been successfully deployed in injection molding plant.The system optimizes the sharing mode of internal and external resources of injection molding plant and improves the overall management level.At the same time,the efficiency of production scheduling of workshop is improved,the cost of human operation is reduced,the product quality is improved,the inventory backlog is reduced,the production process can be controlled,the production level of the factory is further improved,the overall benefit of the plant is improved,and the full affirmation of the factory manager is obtained.
