| The mussel powder prepared by the physical and chemical treatment of mussel shells has antibacterial and adsorption effects, which has the advantages of low cost, high efficiency, and no residue. In this study,a fruit and vegetable cleaning agent based on mussel shell powder was prepared by using mussel shells from the waste of mussel processing.Taking Pb(Ⅱ)and dichlorvos(DDPV)as examples, the performance of adsorbing and removing residual pesticides and heavy metal ions was studied.Research has investigated various factors that affect the adsorption effect, and discussed its adsorption and removal mechanism. The main research contents are as follows:1.Mussel superfine powder was prepared by calcination and comminution, and characterized by SEM,bet,X-RD,FT-IR and DSC.The results showed that the main component of mussel shell powder changed from calcium carbonate to calcium oxide after calcination, and porous structure was formed on its surface. The optimum parameters of Pb(Ⅱ)adsorption by mussel shell powder were investigated and optimized. The results showed that when the dosage of mussel shell powder was 0.02 g,the initial concentration of Pb(Ⅱ)was 100mg/L,the p H value was 6,and the temperature was 25℃,the adsorption reached equilibrium after 6 h,and the maximum adsorption capacity was 57.79 mg/g.By fitting the adsorption data, the results showed that the adsorption process of Pb(Ⅱ)by mussel shell powder conformed to the pseudo second order kinetics and Freundlich adsorption isotherm model.2.The adsorption performance of mussel shell powder for DDPV removal was investigated. The results showed that when the mussel shell powder dosage was 0.02 g,the initial concentration of DDPV was 250 mg/L,the p H value was 9,and the temperature was25℃,the adsorption reached equilibrium after 4h,and the maximum adsorption capacity was 193.26 mg/g.The mechanism of adsorption of DDPV by mussel shell powder was discussed. It was found that the adsorption process conformed to the pseudo first order kinetics and Langmuir adsorption isotherm model.3.A kind of composite microspheres was prepared by mixing sodium alginate with mussel shell powder and solidifying with calcium chloride to further improve its adsorption performance. The microspheres were characterized and the adsorption properties of lead ions were investigated. The results showed that when the dosage of composite microspheres was 0.2 g,the initial concentration of lead ion was 100 mg / L,the p H value was 6,the adsorption equilibrium was reached after 6h at 25℃,the adsorption capacity was 65.21 mg/g,and the maximum removal rate was 88.55%.By fitting the adsorption data, the results show that the adsorption process of Pb(Ⅱ)on composite microspheres conforms to the pseudo second order kinetics and Freundlich adsorption isotherm model. The reusability and portability of mussel shell powder were better than single mussel shell powder. |
