| The feeder switch is an important electrical equipment in the power supply and distribution system of coal mine.It is mainly used to control the on and off of the main and branch circuits.It also has the functions of monitoring the operating status of the system and removing the electrical faults of the system.It plays a key role in protecting the safe operation of the underground power supply and distribution system of coal mine.Based on embedded technology,Internet of things technology and artificial neural network technology,the author designs a mine feeder switch integrated protection and remote monitoring system,which integrates the functions of electrical protection,remote monitoring and fault prediction.It is first introduced that development status of feeder switch protection and monitoring systems at home and abroad,as well as the research status of three fields of integrated protection,remote monitoring and fault warning of feeder switches,and summarizes the problems existing in the current research results.Then,based on the analysis of the protection principle of the feed switch and the current common communication technology,the author designs the comprehensive protection scheme and the remote communication scheme of the feed switch.The system designed in this paper is divided into two parts:integrated protection and remote monitoring.For the integrated protection part,the embedded technology and Internet of Things technology are used to design a modular and informative integrated protection device for the feeder switch,which can realize the functions of power grid data sampling,fault diagnosis and remote information interaction.For the remote monitoring part,based on LoRa wireless communication technology,a multi-hop communication network suitable for the communication environment of coal mine is designed to transmit data.The network structure can increase or decrease the network nodes according to the field communication requirements,so as to change its transmission performance.In addition,the author designs a fault prediction model of coal mine underground power supply and distribution system based on LSTM neural network.Through the analysis of time series sensor data,the fault warning of underground power supply and distribution system is carried out.Finally,the integrated protection device,data transmission network,host computer-monitoring interface and fault prediction model are tested,and the test results are analyzed.The advantages of mine feeder switch integrated protection and remote monitoring system designed in this paper are comprehensive and timely protection,convenient and efficient monitoring,accurate and reliable fault warning,etc.It provides effective solutions for the safe operation and efficient management of coal mine underground power supply and distribution systems,and provides strong support for coal mine production safety.Figure[60]Table[9]Reference[80]... |
